Great smooth running laptop. The only thing missing is a disk drive, but with most things being digitally downloaded you really don’t miss it as much.

I Do Not Like the Microsoft/Window "S" mode, restricting me from downloading my preferred software product for music playing. I also believe the color and resolution of the monitor is very poor at best. I have tried to correct however this monitor does not have the dynamic range to improve upon. For surfing the web, Checking e-mails and playing music its fine. Should work great for most things as long as your not looking for a sharp monitor.

I purchased the HP Laptop a few weeks ago and am very pleased I did. I would certainly recommend this HP newest laptop to friends and relatives.

I got this computer for my mom so she can do taxes, check email, etc. Pretty low level computer stuff and it seems to be working great for her.
