Nice computer while it lasted

Now, 4 days later Its not powering on again...

Could of been better

After he used it for a couple of days after Christmas he noticed static/white noise coming out from the speakers while surfing the web and NOT playing any audio. I used it and noticed the same issue, so I returned it and got a different brand laptop. It was a disappointing purchase.

Could have been great!

Unfortunately, the outdated screen and cheap keyboard and trackpad overshadows the good parts of this laptop. I’d still recommend though if it’s on sale and probably as a backup.

Noisy

The cooling fan is so loud it is immediately noticed by anyone within 20 ft. of the unit. Otherwise, it meets expectations and has had no other issues.

Not easy to use

For a Windows operating system it is ok. I found navigation difficult since I am used to a Mac. I was able to exchange this for a Mac . not easy to transition when you are used to something

Too much for so little

Worst Laptop I ever had

Geek Squad suggested exchanging it - so I did for the same model and the same issues occurred with the replacement within 3 days. I took it back and got a HP ENVY x360 which so much better. No issues and no fan noise.

Great speed, not enough memory

However, the unit does not provide enough memory for my needs. I attempted to replace the SSD drive, but was told that wasn't possible.

Great laptop horrible service

A week later and after having to cancel and send it to a different store. Best Buy was the worst. The laptop is great if you can find it some where else I would recommend.
