I recently purchased this laptop for the work from home transition. This computer can really keep up. The touch screen is a nice feature, but sometimes useless without the two in one capability.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY FATHER IN LAW. HE IS A PC GUY SO IT;S BEEN RELIABLE AND SOMETHING HE CAN USE. HE HAS HAD NO PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS.

Minutes after setting up, it stalled. I had to do a hard reboot for it to work again. Then the fan was really loud for about 15 min. I was going to return for a new HP, but after reading so many reviews about this laptop having issues with loud fan noise, I decided to go with a different brand, Lenova. My new Lenova is great!

The graphics are disappointing. Not a sharp picture. If too many things are running it freezes up. I would not recommend.

It is a bit slow on the download and not as easy to use as my older HP intel Laptop. I'm not as happy with the new version.

unfortunately I had to return the tv. due to the 2 leg base and the size of the dresser it was going to sit on. it is so hard to find single base units anymore

The salesman was either a liar or did not know his job!! I asked if it would have everything my old one had and he assured me it did. It did not come with OFFICE!!

The graphics were extremely poor. The operating system is "Windows 10 Home in S Mode" which is very limited and does not support Azure, therefore I could not work from home via telecommuting. Also please research the Windows 10 Home in S Mode BEFORE you buy it. I returned the laptop the very next day.

I returned this one for a smaller laptop that will be more suitable for laptop & travel. Best Buy was excellent with my trading for a smaller laptop.

I ended up taking it back. It did not have a health battery setting, to shut off at a certain charge. I choose an higher end laptop

This product is good, processing speed could be a little faster. I don’t like that you have to download certain apps to run programs.

Still working to customize this PC but have had some problems with video playback. If it does not resolve I may have to bring it back.

I am pretty happy with it, but am having trouble getting anything on it. I was disappointed that it didn't have a place for a disc

I used to buy DELL product, this HP product I bought since it's cheaper than DELL. after buying this HP product I felt very bad and now i realize that the crap can be sold very cheaper than others. its not even comes one month the monitor(touch screen) went blank. when I asked for replacement or refund HP support said no warranty for display. the monitor not physically damaged, I am sure the LCD display which get damaged because of over heat or poor production, how come touch screen not comes under warranty. I also had DELL products, when I have the problem as soon as I asked for DELL support they send the person even free of cost support until my warranty period. please do not ever buy HP products, poor management and fake promises on after sales and support. Even I told them I will pay for the repair but no reply or no service available, even though COVID-19 there should be some communication support required for product they sell, HP is one of the worst after sales and support. do not ever buy this kind of company products. you will lose your time and money. I lost all most $646. For computer Laptop DELL is the best ever, Also again I placed the order in dell for one more laptop.

Keep it for a week and the fan ran almost constantly and was loud. returned it.

Got it for online conference calls and zoom meetings, but the microphone doesnt work well at all. We tried everything from checking drivers and updating the apps, and nothing fixes it. Save yourself the money if you need it for the above mentioned things. We're going to have to return it for that reason. Processor was ok and ssd made the OS fast and snappy. But its still not worth it.

This new computer is so different from my eight year old HP Laptop! I need to go to the Geek Squad for help.

I needed a laptop fast and cheap so I could teach remotely. You get what you pay for.
