Good laptop.. while it worked. Had to send it to geek squad just a few months after purchasing. Whatever the issue was it was irreparable and ended up getting store credit back for it.

First computer for my nine-year-old daughter. Great computer to begin with. No complaints so far but I have a feeling she will be upgrading to a better computer soon

Horrible computer! It didn't work at all when I took it out of the box. When I returned it, they said that it was broken and that sometimes it happens. I have no problem returning it and purchasing a different computer but I was really shocked that I spend so much money on an HP computer that didn't work. It was inconvenient for me because I didn't have the use of a computer and I had to go back to the store, which is quite a distance from where I live.

Computer runs slowly. Very disappointing since I was told by staff that it has a fast processor. It takes awhile for internet pages to load and it runs very slowly when trying to print something. I would not recommend this computer to anyone.

Word processing problems. Couldn’t add word processing program without decreasing security.

My new HP has no Ethernet port which is needed for my security system in the house. I’m waiting to exchange it when we are allowed in! My IT guy and I were both shocked!

This laptop only lasted me 1 year before it started consistently crashing losing all of my important research and grad school projects. Tried multiple times to reach HP customer support but navigating to someone who could help was impossible. The third party trusted repair shops listed on the HP website were also not accurate to diagnose why the computer kept crashing.

Purchased this HP to replace my 7 year HP. Camera was broke so the laptop was sent back to HP for repair. I now find that I cannot capture a picture nor record anything. Contacted HP and because the camera does come on they tell me it is a software issue and if I want it repaired I will have to pay a fee to do so. Laptop was purchased in February 2020, warranty expires in December 2020, and the software issue is not covered by the warranty. Will never purchase another HP.

This laptop was around $600 and it sucks! It's not user friendly at all. The keys stick, I'll be typing and the touch screen goes off and goes toa different page and it goes larger or smaller. I'm not doing anything but typing. I had a similar HP laptop before and I thought this would be an upgrade but it's horrible. The key also do not line up in the standard hand pattern. The keyboard is pushed to the left and it's so awkward. OMG I HATE IT SO MUCH!!!! Don't waste your money!!!

I would give this a zero rating if I could. This has been the slowest New Computer I have ever had. I expect a computer to slow down after a year or so but this one came out of the box that way. I kept waiting to see if it was just a slow internet speed and as it’s my secondary unit and I don’t use it every day I really didn’t keep track. Well over a year has gone by and it’s just the worst. Do not buy this.

Worst Computer ever. I think best buybonly sells me broken laptop. Everything I buy a laptop at best buy the motherboard always gives up. The screen freezes alot it randomly turns off while I am working. The screen goes black. Horrible.. i should have bought a laptop somewhere else

Although I explained to an employee what I would be using the laptop for, I wasn't told that this was a 10S which meant I couldn't download my software. When I returned, It was a day late so I could only be given a store credit.

i get a constant message of Error when i hook up with my printer. Then i take a while to cancel the printing task that...

Slow processor. Price is ok body is very light weight. Screen is not bright as showed in pictures

Its okay fast but will show a black screen and the display on screen will viabrate very fast.

Sadly, this computer crashes several times a day. It has memory issues. Disappointed.

BSOD. Then states it has no softwear to reboot. one month old.

I've still not been able to download what I want on the laptop. The Windows programming keeps giving me issues/complications when trying. Haven't had time or patience to work through it. Last computer I had was preprogrammed with the basics. Not very literate with computers.

Returned for a different brand. was not pleased at all.

Seemed like a good deal. And thought I'd give HP a try...BIG MISTAKE. The laptop is loud and clunky. It keeps getting lag and delay in browsers, I have to keep re-starting. USB ports are extremely slow as well. So annoying. I expect more from a brand new laptop.
