Had problems from the beginning and the Anti virus software the Best Buy agent recommended did not work the laptop went down after 7 months and then Best Buy wanted 150 just to look at it to see if we could get it working again.

Intermittent and loud cooling fan. Read reviews after sales associate sold us on it. Returned without a problem, so that’s a plus. Bought a Dell, well satisfied.

Very disappointing.

Not a good purchase

We were just told the motherboard is defective and we are just out of warranty. Would not recommend buying this product and avoiding HP products.

Stolen credit card purchase

This was purchased by an unauthorized user and stolen card info. If Best Buy can’t validate cardholder info they shouldn’t release or ship goods. Hopefully you turned in the info to the authorities
