Great laptop for the price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very pleasantly surprised. It boots in about 15 seconds, much quicker than the old laptop. Only drawback, RAM is not expandable according to HP, chips are soldered to the board. Still a great laptop.

Horrible experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely take time or the effort to write a review but my experience with this laptop was so horrid that it motivated me to do so. Upon start up of the device i already received an error code (0x800704cf). The main issue with this bug is that the computer's software does not recognize that the computer is connected to the internet. This error code will not allow the user to properly set up the device and will not allow the user to make certain changes to the softwares functionality and renders Microsoft office programs unusable as it will not sync accounts or enable a user to log in to a Microsoft or google account.
