The touch-screen is really useful. It's smooth and responds quickly. Whether I'm scrolling through web pages or using apps, the touch-screen makes it easy and fun. The Intel Core i5 11th gen processor is fast. I can have many tabs open and run different programs at the same time, and it doesn't slow down. It's perfect for both work and play. The 12GB of memory is more than enough for all my needs. My programs run smoothly, and I can even do some light gaming without any problems. The 256GB SSD makes everything super fast. My laptop starts up quickly, and files and programs open in no time. Plus, it's enough space for all my important stuff. The screen size is just right for me. It's big enough to watch movies and do work, but not so big that it's hard to carry around. It's the perfect balance. The battery life is solid too. I can use it for several hours without worrying about charging. And when I do need to charge, it doesn't take long to fill up the battery.

Don’t have back light in keyboard so very hard to see at night

Excellent deal for this laptop!!! Right out of the box its light weight, stylish and very easy to set up. Runs great at fast speeds a must buy if you need a home laptop for everyday use. Lots of memory great processor and a nice responsive touch screen.

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for my current HP. I couldn't be happier. Fast speed, high capacity memory and a solid state hard drive. The unit is lightweight and has a long battery life. Plus the price w/Microsoft lifetime software out the door for around $500 is a bargain in my book!

Overall a good laptop for the price. The screen is the perfect size for me (not too big, not too small), but I do wish it had higher resolution. It is touchscreen though. Not really a feature I use all that much, but it's nice that they were able to cram it in at this price point. This is no full blown gaming desktop, but the processor, RAM, and IGPU are more than adequate for everyday tasks and some light gaming. I like that the keyboard includes a numpad. It does flex more than I'd like though when typing. Lastly, I wish the webcam and mic could be physically disconnected. I have a piece of tape over the camera, so not that big of an issue there.

I have purchased 3 of these for my business. I really am impressed with the speed, stability and battery life. It has fast wifi (depending on your own internet connection). Nice clear screen and its a touchscreen!!! Its not a 2 in 1 so you cannot bend the screen around for a tablet look but thats better on the hinges. Its super lightweight with a full keyboard/number pad layout. Only 1 thing would make it better, if you could get Windows 11 PRO factory installed. Reminds me of when laptops were quiet, quick and lasted all day.

Received items as per specs. Good speed and performance. Good battery life and product is light Wright.

So far, so good. Bought for my wife as a replacement for an old desktop. She uses it primarily for browsing and her Cricut machine but does use some financial mgmt., spreadsheet intensive software and seems to fly through it with no issues. Minimal learning curve to new Windows - took just a little time to get used to where to find things but no issue and she was off. Screen size is good and pretty thin/lightweight.
