Easy to use

Very easy to use and get set up but I did have to remove the Microsoft S as it would not let me load any of my favorite programs, ie: google, etc. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the very touchy mousepad. It has a mind of its own sometimes and jumps to other pages or puts the cursor anywhere but where I am typing. Good value for the money.

Great Computer but No Backlight on Keyboard

However, I wish that it included a backlight keyboard. For example, if you are someplace that is not well lit then you cannot see the keys. To be fair, I did not think about a backlight keyboard when I purchased the computer. There might be a way to remove the keyboard and replace it with a backlight keyboard. I need to visit Best Buy or call Geek Squad to determine whether I can replace a keyboard on a laptop.

Great, basic laptop

Just wanted a laptop handy to surf the Internet, do taxes, use Office and that sort of thing. So far so good. The display is clear and bright, the keyboard is responsive (although I do kind of wish it was backlit since it can be dark at times in the room we're using it in) and boots up right away. Great value for the money since we got it on sale.
