We bought this laptop to replace a desk top computer and are so pleased with it! We did hook it up to our large screen monitor however, as we were used to a large screen. I would recommend this laptop to anyone!

This HP is quick and efficient. However, it constantly seems to be updating and the fan runs hard. I have walked buy it sitting on my nightstand and it sounds like it is taking off into space.

In a period of 2 weeks my wife Carol & I purchased 2 HP-15,6 Touch-Screen Laptos. We also had a great experience with Justin the Geek-Squad tech. He helped us load Office program & clear Carol's computer of possible fraud input.

This has been a great laptop. Does everything I need it to do. I do wish it had an Ethernet port but that was my own fault for not checking for it.

This computer was purchased as a replacement for another computer that had gone bad. I must say that it is a excellent product. As always, I'll be returning to Best Buy for all of my electronics needs. Thanks Best Buy!

Using this computer as a home pc... no video editing or gaming. It does a great job. Boots quickly. Comes with Windows 10S installed, so I switched off the S. Couldn't run Quicken or Turbotax in 10S mode.

Excellent purchase experience at Best Buy. Described what the lap top would be used for and was shown several options. This HP fits exactly the needs I described.

Battery last a long time. It's not heavy. Its thin and small. Fits easy in a backpack. Only thing I wish it had better speakers but with headphones this laptop is amazing.

Good quality name brand computer that is powerful and capable of supporting my favorite data bases and apps. Reasonably priced. Got the higher end laptop for my wife and sacrificed the 55” TV for myself.

I liked that it came with already loaded tips to get started. The keyboard has an easy touch. Good screen size. I was a little surprised that the fan is audible but I'm sure it's good to keep the unit cool.

For as advances this computer is a little bit more advanced than I need this is still a great Computer Works very well Still getting used to using Microsoft 10 but beyond that is a great computer

This laptop was just what I was looking for to do my personal stuff! It is a nice size, easy to see screen and fits in my lap nicely! It is easy and light weight for traveling on a plane.

I bought this computer because I needed Windows 10 for my Master's class. This laptop worked wonderfully! Got it a great price too! Highly recommend! Used it for minitab primarily.

I don't do a lot of computing anymore since retirement however portability is important. This computer is light weight, powerful and the screen image is crisp and bright. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to use and image sharp. Only purchased a month ago. Storage large enough for work files and some personal stuff too. Would recommend this computer to anyone needing a second computer as backup.

Nice laptop. Convenient size and easy to use. Haven’t had it long but like it very well. Glad we went to Best Buy for it. They have never stirred us wrong and any of the products we’ve bought there.

Very lightweight, quick processor and I really love it! It was not my first choice to but I am glad with my purchase. The only downside is it doesnt charge while off. Make sure to carry the chord at all times.
