Performs as expected - I bought this for my partner who is starting a new job next week. She was able to do the basic functions quickly and easily and is ready to go tomorrow.

We needed to replace an older outdated laptop and this is a great replacement. It’s lightweight, has a large screen with good color. Very happy with our purchase.

so right about a year into this one the touch screen feature stopped working. Took it into the Geek Squad, and they saif the repair would be about 2/3rds the cost of a new one. That my best option would be to buy a new one, then they realized it was UNDER WARRANTY. So I said, great, give me a new one, all the sudden it was quit repairable. It took them 3 weeks to get it back to me and all the local store could tell me is they sent it off and I would get an email update.

Bought this one for a family member 9 months ago. This is perfect for an average user that needs a laptop with middle of the road memory and storage.

I bought this laptop because I’m going back to school and I needed a new one. It’s ran great so far. It’s quick to turn on and load up. There are no lags.

Great work computer -- handles everything I need to do with ease. I mostly use cloud based apps with a focus on business presentations. No complaints.

The solid-State drive is great. Fast booting up, fast retrieval. I’ve never used the touch screen. Consider if it’s useful for you before buying.

This computer replaced an hp computer that only lasted 6 months before being 'junked out' by hp. I have had no problems with it so far. Easy to use.

This laptop seems to be a great computer for my internet surfing, document creating, and emailing needs. It quickly loads and displays web pages.

This is a similar model as the lap top that it replaced and it is thinner and lighter,more memory and speed. It was easy getting used to the new one.

I returned it to upgrade. But I used it for couple days, it was smooth and nice. My only problem was the specs aren’t good for a heavy app.

This laptop had everything I needed. I don’t game and I just needed one for browsing web, office stuff and organizing pictures. It’s perfect for me.

Very nice laptop with more than sufficient memory for all I have to do. Hard drive is a little small but love the durability of the SSD
