I bought if for my Husband who was interested to take an online course starting January 2020 but then he changed his mind. Since then it was in the packet, now since school are school and I’m a teacher I needed another laptop other than my laptop so I started using this from Monday, March 16th, It doesn’t work at all, after every 10,15 minutes it turns off automatically, doesn’t turn back on easily, you have yo keep Pressing power button, plays Around, kept playing with keys n all because screen turns black and shakes every 5 minutes. It is so exhausting. Idk how can I return because apparently the turned date was in January.

SALES PERSON TOLD US IT WAS A WINDOWS 10 PRODUCT BUT NOT THAT IT WAS 10 S WHICH WE SAID WE DID NOT WANT. REALIZED WHEN WE GOT HOME WENT BACK TO STORE AND THEY UPGRADED IT FOR US BUT IT WAS A HASSLE.

Hp laptop is very good in use but this laptop you cannot rotate 360. Laptop comes with Windows 10 home version. Laptop is good for personal use. You can find very good deal for same price and same configuration for Dell.

Good overall for basic users and students but does not support active pens even though it's a touchscreen. Issues now showing up at the end of my warranty.

I wanted this as a 2nd computer -- to send email and do basic research when my larger laptop was being used by other family members . The keyboard on this laptop is not stable -- cursor bounces around as you try to use keyboard. I had to bring out a portable keyboard. Then, I had to send an email with 2 attachments, each about 2 pages. I received error reports -- computer was unable to load the 2 attachments! I dragged out an older computer and sent the emails with attachments -- no problems and no errors. This HP is not powerful enough for much! And keyboard is frustrating.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas b/c I have a similar HP that’s two years old that I love. I wish I would have opened the box sooner b/c this version is very cheaply made! The plastic feels cheap.

I loved that it was touch, but the lighting is not very good. I still have the laptop but I want to purchase another with better quality.

Good laptop. My only issue is that the keys on the keyboard are a little spread out more than normal (so harder to type) and a little too plastic.

I like the machine but no instruction book? I'm getting tons of garbage emails from AOL since Verizon helped me in your store. AOL account doesn't meld with new Google machine? SUCKS

This computer was purchased when our first choice was out of stock. Got home, thought about it, and returned it to the store. Will wait for our first choice to be available.

Great laptop for beginners. The battery life is amazing, the down side it when it overheats the fan is quite loud.

This laptop held up about 8 month and then started acting up. This is my 3rd HP and they’re not made to last. Will switch brands now.

Lap top didn't work properly. Email didn't work. Web sites showed up without being requested.

It’s decent for the price. But if your looking for something with more speed. This is not the one. It handles light pretty well.
