Not a good.

This is not a what i was expecting from this suppose to be a brand new HP laptop, i recommend you not to even waist your time on this one.

Not Worth It!

One week less than having it for two years, the monitor went out. I brought it to Geek Squad who said that the motherboard is out. I only bought a one year warranty. CRAP!!!!

Buyer's Remorse

Among the annoying things about this laptop is that the Edge browser won't allow me to download Chrome on the laptop, so I'm forced to run the password gauntlet with all my sites on a browser I'm not too wild about. Another feature I overlooked is that there is no backlit keyboard. Had I noticed this basic feature which all laptops should have ( I mean, it's like they left off the reverse gear on a car)....then I would have not spent the hundreds of dollars I forked over for it.

No fingerprint reader

However that was not the case. Returned right away so not sure how it runs. We ended up buying the Envy. Really glad it worked out the way it did.

Not Good for online classes or internet use

I could be next to my modem but it still drops all signal and disconnects. Keep in mind all my other devices NEVER drop connection.

bad experience after purchase

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the computer is ok the service after was atrocious i went for a training session and was rudely told i couldnt have it cuz he was the only person there he was rude and sadly i became rude right back i have not returned and my computer is a mess as i've tried to work my way through i need help i bought a year of geek squad but youve just lost me i drove 40 minutes on a friday night after a long workweek for an angry guy with a chip on his shoulder to abuse me i am very old...none of this is easy for me
