returned... boxed looked opened... did not want to deal with it, returned and purchased another pc....

This computer was not good from the get go. Today it died on me. 2 years old

No review...plan to return it the next time we travel to Omaha.

HP did a very good job with this computer. I like the touch screen on it. Very fast. My son said it was very goid for his college use.

Very fast and responsive, however battery life could be a lot better. Within a year it started dying extremely fast and sometimes randomly shuts off. Every once in a while it also glitches and has to be restarted. On the bright side, it got me through 3 and a half years of college and held tons of word documents, PowerPoints, coding program files and other files while still processing everything quickly. Great for multitasking and having multiple windows/programs open.

Lasted good 5 years before the battery started dying out.

Excellent core fast speed. I used for my office it was amazing experience.

Great basic laptop for school work and everyday tasks.

Just opened the box and started the set up process. Noticed a loud fan noise after only having computer on for an hour. Very annoying! I am returning for a different model. Also noticed the power cord felt very warm. May be a random bad one, but not wanting to take a chance on replacing with the same model.

Bought this as a stop-gap while my main laptop was being repaired. For an SSD laptop with 12GB of memory this thing is way slower than I expected it to be. There are times where just launching a web browser can be measured in minutes rather than seconds. And there is so much bloatware that it's pathetic. Why would they load so much onto a 128GB SSD?! If you're looking for a laptop that will let you get onto social media, and surf the web, then this is an ok option. But personally I think the OS is dragging it down. When I boot this laptop into a Linux live distro (via USB drive) then it's a zippy little computer. This tells me that the install of Windows 10 is dragging this thing down.

I use it for basic office work and web surfing. Fast and thin. Two things I wanted.

I have owned this laptop for 2+ years and it is still working great. Very pleased with this purchase.

I spilled tea on my laptop this morning so after waiting for it to dry and realizing it wouldn't turn on I researched a bunch of laptops at Best Buy and found this one. I got it home, turned it on and the fan is stupid loud. I hate it. I like wasnt even that upset about my old laptop and the tea thing because I knew I could recover the hard drive but finally turning this on and then hearing that stupid fan whirring just made me SO UPSET :( I miss my previous laptop even if it was getting slow. Going back to return this tomorrow. Also having the numpad makes typing annoying since I'm not used to it.
