Great computer for my granddaughters online college courses. It does need more USB ports and a built in DVD would have been nice. I just bought her an external DVD and a plug-in multiple USB adapter. Computer seems to be just what she needed without any unnecessary whistles or bells.

I've only had a short time and everything seems fine. Its fast enough to do the things I need to do. Not a gaming PC if your looking for excitement. My past HP's don't seem to last for more than two years. This is a back up I bought when my other laptop which had to be fixed. Good laptop for the money.

While traveling on vacation last year my old laptop bit the dust. I spent a few weeks looking for a new computer and found this packaged unit at best buy. With 12 gigs of RAM this is a responsive unit. The price was right and I have been pleased with this computer.

Got this laptop after returning an HP with only 4G of RAM. My laptop is used for running DJ equipment, and the 4G couldn't handle it. Have only used it a few times, bu this laptop seems to work well handling the demands of the DJ software. Love the touch-screen capability!

Bought two of these for college kids a year and a half ago. Have been very dependable with no compatibility or technical issues. They haven’t had to run demanding programs, but the ones they run seem to load fast and work well.

I wanted a laptop for household usage with basic requirements.. then I saw the deal for this Dell laptop which had pleasing requirements and it works perfectly and beyond my expectation..touch screen and feature to use as a tablet is really impressive.. really satisfied

I got this computer because my old one was slower than you could imagine and wow did it impress me! I use it mostly for school, papers and spotify but it's a really fast computer and very easy to maneuver. I havent run into any issues! It's so light and the speakers are awesome!

Great laptop for home and office use, fast and reliable, plus its light weight, makes this the perfect tool for the everyday tasks. I would recommend this laptop to students and also professionals. Good screen resolution makes this a complete package. Great buy.

This touchscreen laptop has worked out amazingly well as the setup was easy and it burns through the low end processes we need it for. Touchscreen is just the right level of responsive and the laptop itself is pretty light and has very good battery life

I got this laptop last year because I was doing a lot of my courses online for Fall 2019, I’m glad I didx it became so useful for Spring 2020 when all classes had to switch to online format due to Covid-19. Its a great laptop, you could use the touch screen feature but I prefer it to have it off. It’s very quick to start up, have not had any issues, I love how long I can be doing homework on it before even charging it! I think that this is one of those gifts you get yourself for school and it just lasts so long bc the quality is there. I will more than likely continue using this laptop until law school. Got this computer for online classes and needed it to be fast as well as multi task. Pretty much does exactly that. Doesn’t come with a CD/DVD drive however do not really use anyway so not a big issue for me. Touch Screen is a big plus and the multi task function is nice too.

Lightweight and very easy setup. Ran into an issue downloading a program due to Windows S blocking the download. Removed the security that was in place. Have purchased other protection. If you like Windows 10, it is a very good computer. Very fast too

Bought it for my husband for a birthday gift. He uses it everyday and it works very fast. This laptop is very efficient and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an excellent laptop that will be used on a daily basis.

was bought on black friday with 100$ off, not a bad deal for what you get, fast and easy to use. the touch screen is a plus, but it does not have a dvd drive in it, all in all. great laptop for personal and light business work.

this laptop has everything you need to get your work done. Not designed for gaming by any means, but that is not what this was bought for. 256gb SSD is nice and it has 12 GB of ram. plenty of power for what we need.

Bought this laptop to replace a Toshiba bought in 2014. I like the transition speed but the fan (?) is noisy most of the time. I miss the back-lit keyboard. OK product but perhaps I over paid....

This is a very good computer for the price. It has great speed and picture quality. My only complaints would be that there is no CD ROM and that the pc defaults to this annoying "S mode" (but you can easily get out of it).

I like this laptop, I got it on sale and it run very fast because of it’s processor, ram and ssd hard disk. The old one I had before was running slowly and I decided to try those with ssd hard disk. I recommend this to everyone.

I bought this on sale for my teen daughter to do school work. For the price i was impressed with the i5 processor and 12 gigs of ram.
