Easy setup and use. I haven't utilized the touch screen because I'm a bit fussy about fingerprints but... The processing speed is good and with 12GB of memory, I don't think I'll have to upgrade for a good while.

I love the touch screen!!!!!!! this computer works great with all the things I do for my job at home. Love having the number pad as part of the keyboard. Great help has been given by the Geek squad & Samantha.

Purchased for brother in law as first ever laptop, so he could Google search, check emails and learn how to use a laptop. I was thrilled that it has so much more! It is fast, very clear screen and lightweight.

He is satisfied with it...its a replacement and he was able to easily transfer his data. It has all the technology features he wanted and the price was good

I love my laptop. It's so fast lightweight and has so many. The touch screen has spoiled me. Definitely recommend. This time for machine has so much RAM, it's a beast.

Bought this computer last month and so far working great! Gave 4 stars because it seems the battery runs out pretty fast but otherwise works as expected.

It's hard to believe I've had this laptop for almost a year now... I absolutely love it! It's fast, lightweight, and holds a decent charge. So happy with our purchase so far.

Computer department was understaffed, so I made my choice without consultation. I soon discovered that this model has poor battery life. I pretty much need to keep it plugged in at all times. Started in Microsoft-S mode, and not being able to talk top somebody before purchase, I had no idea what that was. To use Chrome or install antivirus, you have to disable Microsoft-S and you and not reenable it later. So you have to choose what is best for you.

My old laptop had become extremely slow! I would wait for several minutes for it move on to the next step. This laptop is far faster than my laptop! I am glad that I made this purchase!

I bought this laptop for college and I love it. It runs smoothly and everything loads up quickly. My only complaint is that the wireless card only supports 2.4 GHz connections. It is very outdated!

After shopping for about a month I found this on sale and know for the price I paid was the best in its class for memory, speed, features and price under $500.00. Definitely recommend.

Great for the Price! Got onsale and was just what I was looking for. After getting it though I do miss having a back-lit keyboard. I use the touch screen a lot more than I thought.
