It was time to use something other than my phone. Easy to use and get reacquainted with. Total care package is worth it for guidance on use of the lap top. Love the touch screen.

I had an Apple lap top before I purchased this one and I'm glad I did not buy another. This lap top is so easy to use and I love the touch screen. Also, it is very lightweight.

Needed a replacement laptop. Researched my various options and this seemed to provide everything I needed. I'm very happy with it. The main use is to project words and images onto a screen. The clarity of the images surpass my expectations.

This unit has a lot of RAM compared to similar laptops in the same price range so it was great for my college student. He's thrilled and raves about how well it works.

Great computer for office work. Runs fast and has clear picture. I can hook up external hard drive to back up more information. Runs smooth. No issues. Has Windows 10.

I use this laptop mostly for surfing the internet. Works really fast. Only complaint is the cooling fan gets a bit noisy at times, depending on the work load.

I don't consider myself a computer geek so set up was fast and easy. This is my first HP brand as I always had Dells in the past. Very satisfied with it.

The speed is pretty good. The keyboard is pretty basic. I was hoping for a back lit keyboard I didn't realize it didn't have one. The fan is kinda loud. The display is my biggest turn off. It seems to be not the greatest at all. It kind of seems kind of cartoon-ish in a way. I really should be a lower price for the way it is. I'm still within my 15 day return window and am thinking about turning it in.

I needed a new computer for school. The price was right and it gave me the needed memory for my projects and software downloads.

I bought this for photography and videography. I'm glad I did. The speed and responsiveness has been great! It runs all of my Adobe software.

This laptop didn’t our needs in that we were looking for a solid state drive and touch screen. This makes it cost a little a more buy totally worth it.
