This is a great laptop! I bought one for my wife and loved it so much, I bought a second one for my daughter. The screen touch is on point and the laptop runs pretty smooth. This is a great laptop for a college student or someone who is above average when fully utilizing PCs. The i5 processor gets the job done when working with graphics and through spreadsheets. Video streaming is good, as the screen is crisp and the internal speakers are pretty good. This was well worth the second purchase.

It has enough power and memory to do everything I need at work. I sometimes have 20 -25 windows open at a time with two screens and the processing power has no problem keeping up. The 10 key is also a big plus. I also love the touch screen and it's very light. Excellent product and it's at an unbeatable price. Highly recommend this product!

I am very particular about which brand of laptop I bought....I specifically wanted to buy hp, to be compatible with my desk top computer at home. I was very happy with the one I bought....the screen size, memory quantity and keyboard size. The clerk at the best buy store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that since this was the first time I bought a laptop computer.

is light weight, fast and easy to use. I love that is fast and allows me to multitask, I just wished it had a lighted keyboard.

Bought this laptop because I needed to have a Windows OS laptop to use my Quickbooks account so that I didn't end up paying double and not even be able to access my files because of the different operating systems. This does everything I need it to do. Very fast, the screen is awesome and the touch is super accurate. The full-size keyboard helps a lot with how much I input numbers into files and such. Lastly, the battery lasts me over 8 hours and I use it pretty heavily. Great purchase!

Great computer for the price. Light weight for easy traveling. Only downfall is the keyboard does not have back light

I've had the HP for about 3 weeks and it's not a bad computer lacking a few things I had in my old HP Envy. No backlight capability is a drag and the sound of the keys sounds...a bit cheap. No facial recognition is another minor annoyance but I knew that at this price point it was a tradeoff I was prepared to make. It's fast enough and lightweight. The touchscreen is nice so all in all, its a good laptop at a good price.

Very fast and easy setup. Speed of the computer is better than I thought it would be and the touch screen works great.

This is a great laptop. Perfect size screen, yet not too heavy or awkward to carry. Speed is excellent as well as the graphics.

Received as a gift as my other laptop was getting old and having issues. Did not want or need an expensive computer and this one has what I need. I required a ten key (and not a plug in one) and a decent amount of RAM (12 as a minimum) So far (it's only been a couple of weeks at this writing) it has been a good machine. Fast, doesn't have issues with multiple spreadsheets open.

Great computer just don’t like the Smode. I use for school and works just fine, it’s fast and has a ton of great features.

I lost my last laptop in our fire. I never liked it. This new laptop is so quiet and fast. Love the touchscreen so much!

Works very well for what I use it for, basically just working from home. My old laptop kept disconnecting from WiFi, this one never drops. Also, boots up very fast and touchscreen is also a nice touch. The only issue I’ve had is when using the mouse going across the screen it jumps to enlarge the image when I don’t want it to. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it. The keyboard isn’t backlit so working late you’ll need a light on.
