Battery dies pretty fast and it has had to do full reboots, but the touch screen is super helpful

I purchased this computer 2 days ago to use for everyday business. The computer is very fast, but the fan is very loud and becomes hot. I am afraid of the computer over heating, therefore I'm planning to return, If you can get over the loud fan, this may be a great computer for you. As a bonus: The speaker is very nice/loud!

When I purchase the laptop I completely forgot to ask if it’s program to S Mode. Since its been years I’ve had a laptop I was kinda afraid to switch out of S Mode due to its protection. Then I realized it was difficult to view certain web pages so I switch out S Mode. Best decision made, I don’t have any issues. I still need to purchase a antivirus software that’s kinda a downside. Oh before I forget I don’t use the touchscreen. It’s cool, I thought I would need it or use it.

I had a 10 year old Asus that weighed 10 lbs! My new HP is so lightweight I can carry it with one hand! I love the touch screen and voice command feature. The monitor has clarity and the design is slim with brushed nickel finish, The only thing I would recommend is to make the monitor bigger, although with the touch screen you can zoom the page with your fingers like a cell phone. This is a great laptop at an affordable price!

This laptop is the bomb. Touch screen, easy setup and very lite weight.

I needed a new laptop since I recently got a job teaching English online! My old laptop didn't have a fast enough processor. This laptop is perfect for the job! It does not have an Ethernet port though so you need to get an adapter. It's nice that it is touch screen although I still prefer to use a mouse! Like some other reviews said, you have to disable S mode but so far I haven't had any issues since turning it off.

This is a nice light machine and I really wanted to keep it - had everything I needed, fast, touchscreen, good storage BUT.... I got a lemon which kept freezing and needing a hard restart. I returned it within the 15 day return period and since I needed to replace immediately, I upgraded for a few more bucks to a Dell Inspiron 7000 which is working great

Simple, easy to use and the touch screen comes in handy and love how light weight and thin it is.

I have enjoyed the ease and speed of my touch screen HP laptop/Tablet. I wish I had asked about back lighting so I can use it at night time. The day I came in it was very busy so I did not get much advice from a specific salesperson like I usually do. I do need to make an appointment to come in and get help with setting up all my email accounts. For some reason I’ve had trouble setting my iCloud email account up.
