easy to use very handy. light weight love touchscreen perfect screen size

Bought this as a gift for my brother-n-law. He loved it. Says it is so much faster than his last computer (3 years old). The screen is relatively large and crisp. The aluminum body style is sleek and lightweight. He really enjoys using the computer to complete his college assignments. Says battery life is sufficient for him and he charges it daily.

This laptop is lightweight, fast and does everything I need. It's got a ton of memory, the sound and video is good, and I got the bonus of touch-screen technology. I'm a bit too old to be a gamer, so I don't know how it would work for that. But it's very good for everything I do, which ranges from streaming TV and movies to working with a variety of Microsoft Office programs.

Extremely light weight. Fast. I'm so glad I purchased it for school.

Hello, I'm an actual person so don't give me any crap! Yes, I did purchase this device from Best Buy about a month ago. I am very pleased with my purchase, not only for the laptop but for the service itself which was very genial and not 'high pressure' at all! The computer itself is very comfortable and I have used it without being plugged in (Accidentally, I might add, my bad.) for five and a half hours and it still kept working smoothly along. That alone made me feel like I made the right purchase! I'm not a techno-(Whatever you call those people nowadays.) and I primarily use this computer for Art Programs (ArtRage 6 and Clip Studio Paint Pro, primarily.) and for browsing in Brave, so most of the computer 'gobbledygook' that people speak is quite beyond my comprehension so I can't give you any numbers and the only 'specs' I have are the ones I'm wearing to keep the screen in focus! But I truly like this product and I heartily endorse it for anyone who wants a good computer laptop that is easy to work with! There! That's my review! Although I can't say it's excellent, I can say that it's very, very, Very, VERY Good! And if you think this is a false review, I invite you to do unmentionable things to yourself involving a farm animal, generous amounts of a cyano-acrylate adhesive and a fully charged cattle-prod! Be creative! Oh yes, Merry Christmas!

Very good laptop, light weight and the 15.6" touch screen is a great feature.

Excellent for school. Even to play down time playing online games. I bought this one for a high school student and he loves it. He installed a few programs needed for school and it seems to run pretty good. Hp is really making it easy to afford a laptop with top tools. If you can upgrade to a faster processor is better. But again. For a student this is perfect.

I think the computer is a great value. Like how it works with a mouse and touchscreen at the same time. Unfortunately, the same can not be said for the software. Between HP and Microsoft 10, there is a bunch of useless ( to me ) apps/programs preloaded. It has been a pain to get them off the system.

This was a decent laptop. I bought it for under $600. I thought I would be alright without backlit keyboard, but I slowly realized I did not care about the touchscreen and wanted a backlit keyboard. This also didn't feel that solidly built. I ended up returning the laptop and picking up a new Aspire 5 with Ryzen 5 instead and love it so much more, but this was still a decent laptop.

Good laptop its light, screen is a nice size .Easy to carry.

Works well most of the time. Nice display screen. As I read in other reviews it seems to take this computer a little bit to get started at times. Have had a few glitches so far(two months). The sound will not work and despite troubleshooting this has not been resolved despite rebooting as told. The only thing that I may not like is the battery, it lasts only for 3 hours.

I love this laptop! I only use it for college so I don’t know the speed for games, but this is an amazing laptop and I definitely recommend it to anyone in school that doesn’t want to pay a lot of money. It’s fast too! The size is perfect as well. If your in school trying to find a good laptop this is it. The battery life great as well.
