Good laptop for what it's worth with a big screen.

Had old computer for twelve years. Still learning.

Bought this for my daughter finishing high school and starting college. She's had the laptop for just over a year and it is already slowing down and causing delays. This has been pretty standard with any PC I've purchased.

This is the first time using HP Laptop,i like it.T

Difficult to use even after info from old laptop computer was transferred to this new laptop. Don't like formats or the way it saved my photos, documents, email, etc. In the past I've had good luck with HP brands of computers and printers.

The computer was great, but, the keys were silver and letters and numbers were so SKINNY you could almost not see them. I am not a typer, I just hit keys so I had a real hard time. Well getting old is hard to see. NEVER will I buy silver keys again.

Not the greatest computer. Bought it new, and it randomly has to restart because of a sudden error. Not all the apps work on the computer. Battery life isn't great. Overall would not recommend.

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this laptop. It has been a complete waste of time and money for me. I am going back to Best Buy to see what can be done. Below are my main issues. The first one is minor, Last two a major. Issue #1: Picture quality seems "hazy" to me, for lack of a better term. Laptop does not have a sharp, crisp picture. Not sure if this is because it's a touch screen. Issue #2 (Most Important) Computer keeps locking up/freezing. In the middle of emails, drafting documents, surfing the web, this laptop keeps freezing up. The curse will not move and the touch screen function does not work. I have to do force shut down by holding the power button and then restart each time. Super bothersome!! This should not be happening with a device that is less than 2 months out of the box. Issue #3: During these random lock up/freezes the laptop will make this strange sound. Almost like a mic getting too close to an amplifier. I cannot recommend this product or this brand. In general the laptop even feels like it's a toy. Very cheaply made.

For the price point the computer is fine. Boots fast with 12 GB Ram just used for wife's projects of low demand software. Using with 1tb external HDD for heavy storage and backup. Only a month old happy with the purchase at this time.

The price is good, the components are good, but the one major feature this lacks is a back lit keyboard. If it had that, I would give it 5 stars. It always comes in handy for little things here and there, so I would've love to have it.

I wish I could give 5 , but this is my second laptop as the first one had to be returned due to a malfunction in less than 2 months . I hope this second time around we don’t experience any issues and I can gibe a better review.

Very at 1st but after 2 years it wont turn on. And best buy only offered 1 year warranty so over $800 for something that only lasted 2 years.

Was working fine until 3 days ago. Won’t allow my internet to connect. Other devices in my home are connected. Have made an appointment in 8 days (the earliest available appointment) with the geek squad to remedy the problem.

The laptop was a curbside purchase. I sent the message with the parking lot number I was waiting in when first arriving to the store. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had went inside the store so I could pick up the laptop.

It's a nice laptop that my daughter uses for school but sometimes it would lag and/or glitch out of nowhere during her classes or while she's doing assignments and it could get tiresome to get it working normal again.

Everything is fine except just about every time I sit down to use it, it "can't find the network adapter". So I have to reboot it and hope that works. Or I have to run the troubleshooter, or both. It's a PITA.

Bought it thinking it was aluminum but the exterior shell wasn't. It worked nicely and was more than enough for what we needed but it had the feeling that it wouldn't last long. Ended up returning it.

The keyboard and the writing on the keys are nearly the same color making it extremely hard to read the keys. I have great lighting in my home office and I am constantly straining to see the keys. I am seriously considering returning this laptop for that reason alone. Also there is no indicator light on the number lock key. They have one on the caps lock key so why not put it on both???

While this laptop does have a decent processor it does feel rather cheaply made and for 100 bucks more it seems like you could get a better one if you have the extra cash on you I would suggest that.
