I regret making this purchase. After only three months, a piece came off of the keyboard. This laptop is cheaply made and the screen is dull and hard to read.

Doesn't work , keep getting blue screen, And a loud buzzing sound too.

The touch pad is way too sensitive. Bought a wireless mouse to curb the overly sensitive touch pad. Also, half the time it won’t recognize the HP Printer even when it is directly plugged in.

It's O.K., not really satisfied with the camera. Not as clear as I thought it would be, seems outdated. Still assessing the rest of the features.

It is a very good laptop. Only issue I am having is that the screen blacks out randomly from time to time, so I have to go to Geek Squad to figure that issue out being it is a new laptop!

Great laptop for a college student. However, after a year of use my laptop started having glitches periodically which made it very inconvenient.

The laptop was available at a wonderful price for the specifications. However the display resolution was a disappointment. In this day and age noone uses this low resolution

Wish Sales had informed me at the time of purchase that transferring data required me to subscribe to Microsoft Office for it to work.

had this laptop a couple of days, it is an ok laptop, pretty much standard nowadays, but hate the touchpad kind of hard to tell if the left click or right click button has been pushed

For basic surfing and streaming its fine but navigation is not great due to an inconsistent touch pad. I am not a fan of embedded/invisible left/right keys on the touch pad

The first visit we were treated by a very informed sales person. He told us the item would not be in store until Friday so we purchased it. On Friday we went to pick it up, the computer was not there nor the sales person who had a death in his family and nobody was able to help us and treated us quite rudely. We came home cancelled the order and ordered direct from the company. Not a good experience at all.

Value at the time I bought it was a bit deceptive. One week later price was down 25%. Wouldn’t say it was a best buy at all.

Disappointed in the screen resolution quality. I shouldn't have made such a quick purchase without paying attention. Also... Keys seem to make a great deal of noise.

Open box buy The on/off button was not checked out carefully as it takes 3 tries before it registers to start.

So far I like it just disappointed when ordering I tried to use a coupon and you wouldn't accept it. There was not an expiration date! It was costly for me!

It is very difficult to use with the touchpad - way to sensitive and to adjust it has not been working very well. I am very disappointed in this purchase - If I was more of a technical computer user maybe it would be great for the right person. So if I could I would of returned it because for me it is not what I expected or am able to enjoy using yet. Maybe in time.

I lost my pointer within one month of having the computer. I had to reach HP because Best Buy would not assist. I had to reinstall the driver for the pointer.

lightweight and easy to transport. Excellent battery life. My main issue is the sub par screen display. Extreme glare, low brightness and low volume.

VERY disappointed in HP. I am high risk so with COVID have been at home for the past 9 months and my computer is my only link to friends, family and activities. My laptop died so had to buy another quickly and grabbed this one. Within a few weeks the HDMI video intermittently started going to a black screen for a few seconds. I thought that it may be settings with my home theater so kept making setting changes on all components and laptop but nothing helped. I tried two other laptops and no problem. Finally called HP and they wanted me to take it into a warranty repair station and leave it (just past the return date at best buy. I explained my high risk situation and that I could not wait and requested an advanced replacement which they refused with little concern for my risk. I finally gave up and Purchased a Dell laptop which works perfectly. I have had three HP laptops but now will never purchase HP again, they have no heart or concern for their customers.

The keys are loose on the keyboard already. I expected something more sturdy and durable for the price.
