It malfunctioned within two weeks.

Initially I though it was a new system and I didn't fully understand the computer but there was a system malfunction. I returned the laptop to the manufacturer a month ago and they have been unable to repair. The HP customer has been poor and would not recommend this product.

I have this to my brother, BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX, he called me saying that 10ft away from the wireless router it would just drop the WiFi. I bought an HP before this and it was another problem. DONT BUY HP.

Disappointed

I reset it to factory settings and it worked for all of 5 min. I called geek squad and they wanted to charge me $100.00 to fix it so I returned it to the store . I also did not like the quality of color and picture very dull. The key board it self seemed flimsy. Very disappointed.
