Now touchscreen no longer works and says not available for this device. Highly upset and disappointed as I am not about to pay for support on a brand bew device!

My only issue is that I cant use my 5GHZ WiFi

I love everything else, but this is a killer. I only get about 25Mbps, while my old laptop next me can get up 200Mbps.

Disappointing

The silver keyboard is very difficult to see the letters. I am a senior and eyesight is not one of my best attributes, especially in the evening. I can't shop the Microsoft store, it won't let me in. I am seriously thinking of taking this beast back to Best Buy.

Poor internet connectivity!

We’ve had the same computer for our other son and it works fine. It seems as if the antenna has trouble picking up the signal. All other devices in our home work fine with no issues.

I got a defective laptop.

Camera would work for a couple of minutes then a black screen would appear had to maneuver tilting the screen toward the keyboard for it to work, then when I open the laptop completely black screen again with error message. I returned the laptop got my refund.

FAN IS EXTREMELY LOUD AND RUNS CONSTANTLY

Unfortunately, I had to return it. The fan was extremely loud and ran constantly. The laptop was also getting hot after a few minutes of it running. I would not recommend this laptop.

They look like a bunch of chicken that had their heads chopped off. Unfortunately there’s nothing else around or I would’ve went somewhere else to purchase
