It is really good, I love it, for my school it was perfect

The hp laptop is scary me, but having faith with this.

Did not meet the specifications for my job requirements.

Bluetooth does not work. It is does not recognize any devices with bluetooth. USB-C connection is also bad as it does not recognize my docking station with HDMI monitor connection. Have to restart each time to connect to WIFI. Overall dissatisfied with the purchase.

The Camera and Sound have had not consistently worked and now (after 3 months) the camera doesn't work at all. The fan is loud, the computer itself feels really cheaply made and it is just bulky. Not a good option.

the only thing that's not great about it, is it screen.

screen is not very bright and casing is very plasticy.

Should have paid attention to the backlit Keyboard

DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. I've owned mine for just about 7 months and it crashes on average 1.5 times per week. It has crashed 50+ times, and in the first twelve days of April, it has crashed 13 times. Randomly the screen will go black or fade out and pixelate. Or it will just "freeze" and you have to complete a hard reboot. Or if the computer is asleep, nothing will "wake it up" -- except a hard reboot. The extended warranty plan has been worthless, and the Geek Squad just takes an "oh well" attitude -- "you just have to live with it."

it was an awful experience trying to navigate the web site, trying to call customer service and store. very time consuming process AND very poor customer service. I would be put an hold and disconnected. I spent hrs. trying to get this ordered.

This is a very bad built from HP. Like many other bad reviews mentioned here, my HP laptop stops working after one week. It just keeps shutting down and restarting and shutting down loop nonstop.

I bought this laptop to check my Emails n watch tutorials. After a while of watching the video restart by itself n the laptop freezes n i need to restart it . First time trying an HP . Giving me second thoughts.

This made an annoying humming sound, and the screen resolution was very poor, low, and discolored. I returned after a week. It's a good student laptop for the budget, and everything else worked as intended.

The letters on the keyboard are printed in a grey type, making them very difficult to identify. It is being repaired right now because of security issues. I wish I had not purchased it and would return it if that were possible.

Horrible customer service at the store from Geek Squad manager , laptop froze up when I got home. Took it right back for a refund Will never buy computer/laptops here again

The computer itself was wonderful. I did not like the silver keyboard with light beige numerals and letters. Even though it had a back light, daytime use was hard. I returned it for an HP with black/white keys!

hp laptops are made cheap no ethernet port the laptop was slow there made in china dont tbuy this junk best buy never put any laptops on sale like walmart does .

The camera doesn't work on it. Geek Squad could not remotely fix it and they spend 5 hours in a Saturday working in it. I had to buy a separate camera to plug in. I need it for work and couldn't miss it.

Never get an HP. I bought another HP for over $900 and it had bad audio issues. I bout this one because the other HP was acting up, and this one would not work from the start because of "booster issues...?" I took it back the very next day. I had another HP in my life and that one broke down too.. I will never ever buy another HP again in my life. I do not recommend this computer to anyone. This one came with software breakdown. I could not even do the simplest things on the internet because it was in "safe mode". Totally unusable. Despicable.
