Bought for my daughter and the keyboard quit working within a week and a half. Thank goodness for Best Buy's amazing team, because I was able to upgrade with out hassle. I do not recommend this computer.

Researched, researched, research. Purchased it, turned it on, set it up, turned on the camera and it didn't work. Tried to trouble shoot and nothing. Returned it and my credit from Best Buy is $30 less than my purchase price. Will never use HP or Best Buy again!

Good performance, but the quality of the screen is really really bad, for that size, should be 1080.

hard to control, date and time don't change, still doesn't do it, keep the wester time. can't add internet security, don't like it don't recommend. own the laptop, don't control it.

The casing feels cheap like plastic. It only runs in s mode. Which to me makes it no better than Chromebook. The camera is terrible and the display is too. Don’t bother.

This is a poorly made machine. Less than a month after buying it we had to return it because the microphone stopped working. When we got it back a few weeks later everything seemed to be good until about another 2 months later when the mouse pad stopped working and some keys do not work. I bought this for my wife right before the school year started so she could have a decent computer while teaching from home and now 4 months later I'm in the market for a new computer again.

I thought that I got a awesome deal on this laptop. Unfortunately disappointment that it won't turn on or hold a charge.

DO NOT PURCHASE HP PRODUCTS‼️This laptop starting having issues the first week I purchased it for school. Best Buy would not refund my money but offered to fix it. Every other week it was something wrong with this product. The Best Buy Geek Squad associate told me HP products are the most returned and to not buy HP.

I bought this laptop for school. However, everything about it was terrible. It was extremely slow, and I had to constantly restart because it couldn’t handle running multiple programs at once. It had issues connecting to both WiFi and Bluetooth accessories. Just trying to download google chrome was difficult - I had to reset to factory settings, then reinstall windows. I eventually returned the laptop, and found something I’m much happier with.

the USB ports are too small to fit anything in them. They keypad is funkly and not easy to use. Not my fav lasptop and sorry i bought it.

I wouldn't recommend this laptop one bit. It is extremely loud when loading and I had to return this laptop due to a battery malfunction.

I was really liking this computer until it stopped booting up for no apparent reason. Now I have a paperweight as it won't work.

After 7 months the screen on this laptop became distorted and nonfunctional

Functions more like a tablet than a laptop. I do not like having to change modes in order to download apps that are not "verified "

I returned this because it was not as fast as HP specs stated. Instead of reaching processor of 3.65 gHz, it only went to 1.9gHZ.

Has screen issues, it flickers, probably because the screen is not connected we'll underneath. It is too flimsy, I expected a sturdy laptop which is why I chose an hp over a much cheaper and better lenovo. I cannot rest my hands anywhere near the mousepad because it presses the mousepad. I do not trust it will last me longer than a year like my other five laptops. I will be returning it.

I haven't opened the item yet but I drove to Best Buy on Alafaya Near Waterford Lakes in Orlando, FL to pickup my item. I checked in on the app and waited but no one showed up to deliver the item to my car. Other cars arrived in pickup spots while I was waiting and no deliveries were made. I walked in and picked up inside after waiting 20 minutes. Guess I will stick to Amazon. Sorry...

It works fine with everything else but the graphics card is terrible so your gaming experience will be ruined.

Was very dissapounted I purchased an open box one. I was told it was geek squad certified, exerything checked out The computer would not charge at all! Had to return.

WebCam does not work. Spent many many hours trying to get it to work with new drivers etc. microphone is also sketchy. Finally had to send back to HP. I am unemployed and need the WebCam and this is really unbelievable that I spent $750 including tax and the one thing I really need it for doesn’t work. Then HP tried to charge me $25 to ship it back even though it’s only two weeks old
