I received the laptop after my brother found it thrown in the tall grass. I called Usps and was told it was delivered to my front door. I then opened it and have not been able to get it to boot. Guess I'm out quite a bit of money. I'm a shut in so it has been particularly hard to get a response from anyone concerning the condition of the laptop. It looks nice I only wish it worked.

I read all the positive reviews and decided to buy. Bad idea. The computer had glitches (wouldn't turn on or was frozen) the first few weeks I had it. Now, 4 months later the hard drive gave out. DO NOT BUY NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE REVIEWS ARE. I'm now stuck without a computer for the next 5 weeks because it's getting fix. Bottom line: This computer is unreliable.

There is one USB port, maybe 2? Not sure, I returned it. Also doesn’t have a port for Ethernet.

Had for a little over a year. Rarely used. Hard drive needed replaced

I decided to pickup 15-da0041dx instead, especially for better configurations for its price.

I’m sure that probably the computer is ok but after paying the Geek Squad to “set it up” I can’t even log into my email account so the Bradenton Geek Squad is completely worthless and I don’t see how going back will solve anything and the way we were rushed out of the store by the sales associate we won’t go back there!

Bought this laptop it was fast when I could get it set up the problem I had was it was Window 10s which forces you to set up with Microsoft account only so I returned it and got a Dell 7000 with windows 10 home but return was a breeze and great sales help to keep it up

had to return it in 24hrs ..it was so fragile that top lid broken while opening the lid.

Just bought this laptop for my son, wifi will not stay connected even when the laptop is next to the wifi server.

Performance is slow. Battery life is shorter than stated. Doesn't turn off when closed.

This is my first time purchasing a HP brand computer/Laptop and I do Not like it. I'm not sure if it was Refurbished or not. I started having problems as soon after 30 days of purchasing it. The screen freezes up. The screen blinks out with some type of long siren noise. I've had it with the HP. It was a waste of my Money!

Wifi Card keeps dying. Reset, and its good for 10 minutes, then it dies. Spent two hours on the phone with HP support, very nice, but just couldn't get it to work. Basic gist, they can't fix it and aren't really sure what is causing it.

It’s not that good as I was expecting. They are a lot of problems with it.

Froze during zoom meeting more than once. Then completely went black saying hard disk not found or something. That happened within first week. Also, had a cheap feel to it. The edges bothered wrists when typing. Returned it obviously.

Unfortunately, I had to return and replace. The display wasn't very good

Poor visual quality, it froze three times on the first day I purchased it. It’s not a good computer.

Had my laptop for less then two years, it went out was told the mother board needs replacing … crazy thing is I also bought a Samsung tv from Best Buy around the same time and last month the mother board went out on the tv

same as above - promises made by sales person turned out to be false.
