I think I got a bad one. I brought it in to Geek Squad hoping to get it fixed. Now I can not even get the internet on it. It says "you are NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET". Then why can I get the interne on my other computers?

Have always had HP computers and printers and have been pleased. This one has been a lemon from the minute it was turned on. Power button is recessed too low in keyboard and makes up on mind to turn off & on. Computer start up was obsolete & HP took nearly3 hours to get it to operate.

Not the best. Should’ve definitely selected a newer model

one of the worst product. Its not even two weeks my screen is getting to sleep mode when i touch the mouse cursor pad. I am not able to increase brightness . I just called to best buy agent and couldn't get the useful info what to with this laptop.

Screen is hard to see and the keyboard is ridiculous because you can’t even hardly see what is written on the keys. They used almost the same color print as the keys are. Regret ever buying this laptop.

The WIFI and Bluetooth never worked. After a few months HP says that everything is good with the laptop that the problem is software, and that it is not covered. They want me to pay $15 monthly to have the software fixed.

do not buy, Mine lasted 1 year and 1 month before it was done. crashed repeatedly for months before it decided to stop working completely. Annoyed because it lasted 1 month longer than the warranty,

Bought this laptop less than 1 month ago and already does not work. Got Boot device error that won't allow us to log on. Been trying to fix with HP for a week now with no solution.

I got "Refurbished - Excellent" condition, and it was covered with dog hair, human body hair, and dried spit mark on the screen, It was nasty. I didn't have time to replace, so sanitized myself. But it was very un-pleasant experience

It is a worst laptop ! Within one month WiFi not working. I tried to fix it but it disconnect again again. It not worth to pay around $ 700.00 and get in such situation. I have to think 1000 times to buy anything from Best Buy.

Had it for 3 months and barely use it. Got a mage while using it this morning that I can't boot up. Did a hardware diagnostic and its saying "no hard drive installed" that's great didn't buy a warranty either.

I bought the same computer last year and this is not the same computer. Screen is not clear and the operating system is slow. I'm not sure if it's an isolated incident or not, but I will be returning this one.

Laptop did not even last two years and hardware issues. I am very unhappy with this product. it was only used a little for school and nothing else.

I've had this product since Sept. and by Nov. I am taking it to the Geek Squad. It stopped charging properly and keeps dropping WIFI. Apparently this has been and ongoing issue with this computer for years.

In within a year of purchasing this product it stated fan is not working, HP was called but did not help and now on the second year it burned out.

The laptop is pretty good, but does not update properly.... oversold on the tech support from geek squad and the employee had no idea what he was doing.

As a teacher I need a laptop that is compatible with a stylus. This one doesn’t say anywhere it’s not and I didn’t find out until contacting HP it’s not. Now I have a computer I can’t use at all

laptop is damaged and cannot be repaired less than two years. Regretted having purchased this item. i cannot find guarantee on product.
