The computer runs great and has a decent processor. The only thing I have a slight issue with is the display. It’s not a bad display don’t get me wrong but after a while of use it starts to hurt your eyes. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a cheap option compared to other high end computers.

This laptop lasted through 2 heavy gamer kids, though it began to literally fall apart in the last 12 months. Keys popped off, then the hinge cover and eventually the charging port came off.

Purchased this laptop over three years ago (2020} and has been used for everyday projects almost everyday. Response is great and never a start up issue nor operating system issues. when ready for next purchase will definitely be a newer version of this unit. Five Stars for all.

We purchased this laptop the other day and it has been fantastic. My wife is a teacher and she definitely needs a multi tasking laptop and for the price we felt we got we got a great a laptop. So far she used it for zoom meetings for about 3 hours and the fan never went on, she never got booted off the WiFi, and multi tasking was great during the day, also the touchscreen works just fine no problems there. So as far the other reviewers that had issue I think its an individual situation. For $519.99 Definitely recommend.

Not a bad laptop for the 1st couple years then the screen started messing up....for the last year it has been a nuisance! I then find out it needs a new processor so now I might as well just by a new laptop instead of investing the $200 plus & "hope" it fixes the problem! The keyboard is hard to see if you dont have great lighting.

Worker eell for a while... 1 year later the screen goes out. Had to connect to an external monitor. Now that external output is starting to mess up. Not bery satisfied with this purchase.

It is the best laptop I have every own. it has the best HD Brightview Touch. It has a touchpad, camera light, fingerprint, the camera is a lightweight laptop it is good for school and college it has everything you will be making an awesome choice

Got every option and size I wanted quickly. The laptop is perfect for my needs and the price was within my budget. I buy all of my electronics at Best Buy, can't beat the prices and convenience.
