I love my lab top. Works great. I have purchased all of my lab tops from Best Buy over the years. I would never go any where else. The Best Buy employees are very professional, kind and knowledgeable in the various products and offers the product to Mach the customers needs. I appreciate this as I could never work with a high tech item. Working with a basic item is more than enough for me. I love Best Buy.

I am happy with our new laptop. It's very sleek, light weight & easy to use.

sorry for long review, but I originally just wanted a cheap chromebook for basic everyday tasks. I was told the a laptop was a much better choice so I went to Best Buy and asked the guy what computer would give me the most bang for my buck, He didn't seen to eager to tell me but he pointed to this one said it was the only one they had in stock and it was the best one for someone on a budget.. that being said I will say that this computer dissapoints.. one thing I hate is that it doesn't have a keyboard backlight I should have definitely asked but another thing that annoyed me is that it claims to have 11 hours life between charges, I fully charged it last night, turned it on and had a 45 minute zoom meeting before it already had only 43 percent.. I like the full keyboard but i feel like this laptop is way to bulky, I found another laptop that was a better deal and had more features including 13 hours life.. I wouldn't recommend this one.

I Bought This Product For Myself at the Store IRL and then found out on the website that there is a product with almost exact same specs for $599.99 except there is a slightly different processor. This Laptop is also nice but I WOuld recommend the other one it:s called HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 12GB Memory - 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD - Natural Silver It is also have way better specs now.

I JUST PURCHASE THIS HP-15.6 TOUCH-SCREEN-INTEL CORE i5 12GB MEMORY-256GB SSD-SILVER YESTERDAY FOR MY EARLY CHRISTMAS FOR MYSELF AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT AFTER I GOT EVERYTHING SET UP ON IT, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT FAST HP LAPTOP FOR A NEW 2020 MODEL.

This laptop has had many hardware issues from the time of purchase. The webcam stopped working early on and was never solved through HP support. Just after the warranty expired I started getting a Boot Device Not Found message and the laptop shuts down. I would not buy this laptop

In terms of processor, RAM, and hard drive, the computer is perfectly fine. When it comes to the built in Wi-Fi chip, the laptop is virtually useless. I don't know who borked it, but it's unaccpetable. My father purchased this laptop, and it could not hold a Wi-Fi signal unless it was like 2 feet from our router. I had to buy a USB Wi-Fi adapter just to maintain a signal. I would recommend Best Buy to stop selling this specific model because this is an issue that stems from HP. I would also recommend any potential customers to consider paying a bit more for the Envy line instead. HP can clearly manufacture fantastic electronics, but this is NOT one of them.

This is my first HP laptop and I love it! I have a lot of reading for my classes so being able turn this into a tablet really helps me.

I bought this for mu husband and he said he loves it!

I just bought it and everything seems ok but the only thing I’d like to complain is the keyboard! It’s so hard finding the keys because of the gray color. It took me a while looking for a good computer and I hope hp are not going to dissapointment me! I already had a Lenovo laptop and a sony vaio, it was a hard decision to choose a new computer.

Great price, lots of features. Unfortunately this laptop shut down during first time setup and refuses to power on. It was charged over night before setup, so not sure whats going on. Have to return.

I purchased this laptop because of the fairly large amount of RAM and the value. My first reaction when I opened the box and turned it on was "Is it 2006 again?" The display is hard on the eyes and is almost low resolution quality. I'm going to box this one up and return it for something from this decade.

My laptop has a hardware problem and it has nothing to do with me. We called and they told us we can pay over half of what we paid for the computer originally or buy a new one. They told us "this is just how it is." I have only had this computer for a year and a few months and it already stopped working and won't turn on and they will do nothing to help. I am a college student and do not have the money to buy another laptop, but now I will have to since hp has no interest in helping me. Customer service is extremely poor and my family has owned many hp's and has had problems with most. I would not recommend this brand.

Literally just bought this, and I can't turn it on because the power adaptor can not get into the socket on the laptop. ALso beware that the battery is an internal one, so you can not replace it yourself. Given that this issue occurs with the power supply at the very start, I would be wary of the stability of the battery. I could live with the poor lettering on the silver screen.

In the first six months I owned this laptop the motherboard has failed twice. The Geek squad were certain that they would trash the computer the second time....but nope, they "repaired" it again. The computer was purchased for recreational Mom use-no gaming-nothing added to it that should have caused it to crash twice.

Bought it on the 18th of June and on June 24th I have finally come to accept - this laptop's wifi sux!!! It only has 2 foot range!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted time.

Best Buy needs to work with their delivery partners. They left the laptop outside at a community mailbox on a busy street and not at the house. BUT tracking info says left at front door. Anyone understand the concept of theft?
