I haven't had this laptop a long time, just a few weeks but I enjoy it, I mostly got it to work at home, it's fast, nice, light, screen nice is perfect, The one thing I would add would be the ethernet port, but I was able to get an adapter for about $16...(didn't really shop around for it so you it might be a lot less )

I bought this wonderful laptop for my niece, she is taking classes on line due to covid-19. She loves the touch screen. It has a lot of memory for pictures and is fast and easy to use. She love it! I am glad I chose this laptop. Great computer for school.

Our salesman, was Mike Cuddyer and he highly recommended this laptop and gave a 30 minute tutorial on it with her. He was extremely patient and professional. One month later she can't put the computer down. She's even managing her finances on it. She really enjoys using a touch screen computer instead of an annoying Mouse.

The laptop is working well but a day after purchase the Wi-Fi stopped working. I went back to get a new laptop or get it fixed ASAP but neither one could be done. I am very disappointed with your warranty policy and return policy. The world does not stop for a repair, especially when you need it for work and when the Wi-Fi doesn't work then work stops for me. I went back the next day and had to purchase an external Wi-Fi adapter which I was charged for because of your policies. Very disappointing that no accommodations were made to enable me to get another comprable laptop or fix it on the spot. Your policies are not customer friendly when it comes to these problems. I should not have been charged for the external Wi-Fi unit. I would have gladly came back when a laptop as mine was we ordered and exchanged. I have previously bought laptops from you but I will think twice when I need another.

Awesome computer very easy to use. I’m able to maneuver around great. The touch screen is awesome. It’s holds a lot of power I’m able to use the computer for long periods of time without having to charge it and run multiple programs. Also it doesn’t take long to charge back up once it gets low or dies

Prior to purchasing this laptop I had an extremely old Dell that was extremely slow. The lady who assisted me found an "out-of-box" laptop for me, way below the price ranges displayed, that was in perfect condition. It runs my games, Zoom, school websites, and Spotify without overheating or slowing down.

The computer works great. The memory and power are perfect for my photo editing. Just the right size to take along, or using at home. On line searching is good, batter is good for my use, touch screen I don't use that much, could use more usb connections. The only complaint I really have would be the screen, wish it was at lest a 1080.

Purchased for online classes for college age child. Student says the computer is sufficient and the touch screen is helpful. The finish is not as resistant to fingerprints/skin oils as some. The mouse pad and keys start to look grimy after a few days and needs lots of cleaning. Speed, functionality and storage are adequate

I bought this computer for my 12 year old daughter to use for school. Now that they are learning virtually, she needed a new laptop. She absolutely loves it - she didn't like the S mode, so we switched. She is extremely happy with the storage space, the touch screen and the speed. I am happy with this purchase.

After many years of using another brand of laptop, I like the performance and memory storage capability of the HP, but there are so many things about how to use it that are unexplained and not clear from using the online Owner's Manual and impossible to ask questions of the Geek Squad without booking an appointment.

Meh- I purchased this laptop because it was a good deal during the promotion. However, the quality of screen is meh- HP screen always disappoints me. I prefer Dell, but it was more pricey, so I ended up purchasing HP again. My bad…

The initial sales experience was excellent. However, the first week after pick up was a horrible experience. Finally I took it back having a major meltdown on to them. I was not nice. When I picked up the laptop the second time, everything seemed to work better but I still have problems finding older files, especially photos.

THIS LAPTOP IS A GOOD SIZE FOR ME, PLENTY OF SPACE CONSIDERING THAT I HAVE CLOUD AND OTHER SPACE SO THATS NOT A MAJOR CONCERN FOR ME. IT WAS VERY EASY TO SETUP AND IT CAME WITH A INTERNET SECURITY . IT DOES OFFER YOU AN OPTION FOR MCAFEE SECURITY ONCE YOU DECIDE TO COME OUT OF S MODE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS SO FAR

This is the best laptop I've ever had, I will never not use an hp brand laptop. It has so much storage space, super-high speed, light weight, and is great as i'm working from home as well as being a part-time student. I am getting so much use out of this laptop and all with high performance. Such a great buy.

This is our first touch screen. I bought it primarily for my granddaughter to use while she's doing her lessons virtually for school. It's light weight, making it easy for her to transition if she needs to unplug to move to a different place quickly. It lets me know when she's been trying to get passwords.

It is exactly what I need fast & reliable. It is built well, has enough storage for files I need. I can use this for typing up my proposals for work, teaching part time and creating assignments for my class or just use it regularly to pay bills or read an article. It has been really good for whatever I needed.

It delivers in all ways that I need it to. I was initially disappointed that it didn’t have a bigger screen but now I like the size of the screen. It allows me to easily take it from room to room and I love the ability to use only the screen for podcasts. I am very happy with this purchase.
