I love my new HP laptop! I had purchased a different brand last time and should have just stuck with HP, they are the best. Only wish the keyboard was backlit but other than that, the keyboard keys are perfect and quiet. It's fast, light weight and has good graphics too.

Easy to use. Touch screen makes it convenient to go from one style to the other. Battery hours are great.display is awesome. Movie play is really great. I stream any channel and it plays with no interruptions, no lagging and no freezing. It's an awesome laptop.

I had to get a new laptop for my college courses because my old one was not responding good. I got this because it was a good price the, specs are average by very responding. How ever my only complain is the keyboard it's a bit loud and and flakey. Other than that I recommend this to anyone.

it works good, bought it because my sister had it. it works ok so far, but it heats up very easily. the heat is very hight when it heats up. let see how long the battery lasts, as my sister battery only lasted two years, she had it replaced and the replaced one only laster a year.

My current laptop (a Toshiba) died after 6 years. I was looking for a new laptop that was dependable, fast & had a lot of memory. I work from home and a student. I am very pleased with my purchase. It navigates from one place to another. Would recommend to anyone!

I bought this laptop for my online college classes that I'm taking. I needed the built in webcam and the speed and memory this laptop has. So far it has been just what I need and more. I really didn't need the touch screen, but it may come in handy eventually!

I am very happy with this laptop. I use the laptop just for personal home use.. no gaming. It is way faster than my previous laptop and I got it on sale. I am not a tech person so Geek Squad has been very helpful in transferring my data and installing programs that I need.

I bought it to replace an old HP notebook that I use for taxes, among other things. It was easy to xfer all the old files and reinstall the tax software. Hard to remember I can use the touchscreen to do things. I enjoy using it. My other computer I use is a Mac.

Great computer! I've never had any problems with it. I've had it for over a year now. Good processor. Very fast. Lots of space. Would recommend for small businesses that need lots of space.

Decent laptop, the touch screen is good and processing power is good for office work/web browsing. My biggest issue is that (like other HPs I have had) the fan gets very loud sometimes and it gets hot.

Very easy to set up and use. Picture on screen was amazing. I looked at 3or 4 other similar models but this one was the only one with everything, touchscreen option, easy to set up from the start, and very lightweight! It's a lot lighter than it looks!

This HP Touch-Screen Laptop is excellent! The walk-through process, when first turning the laptop on, was beneficial at first start. The camera and touch screen tools are both great access for my job and keeping in touch with family. Best Mother's Day gift ever!

I bought this laptop for my daughter and she loves it. The touch screen, the speedy processor, fast charge up, how sleek and light weight it is. She able to do all her work and personal use all in 1 shot. The clarity is amazing. Money well spent. In my opinion

This laptop is perfect for basic needs. It was very easy to set up, with a video to guide the user through the process. The touch screen is very responsive; although I use a mouse since I find it quicker and easier to use. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I bought this for my daughter since school is remote and I didn't want her having to stay in her bedroom all day. So far so good. It does what I need it to do and it is fast. No freezing, as of yet which I am very happy about. Lots of storage for her work.

So much faster than my old laptop. I need it mostly for school and personal things like online banking, e-mail and surfing the web and I like how it performs. Kind of miss the CD feature but overall great value for the product. Would definitely recommend.

The computer is all that it said. Has plenty of memory and storage. Purchased for my 4th trader to do virtual learning on. Meets all those needs for sure. The touchscreen is perfect for a kid to navigate. However, for the price really wish it had come with a backlit keyboard.

Great basic computer. Enough processing power to handle zoom & google classroom. Due to covid restrictions I had to setup the laptop & install the Microsoft office for home & school myself, which was simple using the tutorial and Microsoft code on the receipt.

This product is very good. I’ve only had it for a few years so far and I bought it for school and it is working great. I find out something new about it everyday. It works at great speed, is password locked and does not have a fan noise issue.

Super satisfied with this laptop! It has plenty of storage and ram, the solid state drive is awesome. I'm able to multitask with lots of window tabs open plus Google Meet/Hangouts without any hesitation...super quick! Also can't beat the price!!!
