im not very computer savvy. I just want a laptop to put my photos from my camera on. The setup was very simple for a person with my minimal knowledge. I haven't figured out all of the things i can do with it. I really like the touch screen for scrolling.

This is for remote working, love the light weight of this laptop and its speed; however, it did lock up totally doing an update three weeks into its newness. This was resolved by a trip to the Geek Squad, but it was frightening to have it happen when I need it so mucht

This was an upgrade with three times the RAM, newer faster i5 processor and larger touch screen than previous laptop. Setup was easy and performance is great except that the 15.6 inch display is not quite as good as that of my previous laptop being much more sensitive to room lighting changes and viewing angles. I also would prefer back-lighted keys but like the size of the keyboard. This was an open-box purchase so I waited a few days for shipment from another state and it was worth it.

this hp laptop is wonderful. It has lots of memory for family photos. It did not come with Microsoft office....you get a free 7day trial. Its got the i5 so super fast on internet. I would buy again

This is a really nice laptop for a student in terms of size and speed. It has a decent sized SSD and memory, so has been up to grad-school tasks and basic gaming. It's light weight for it's size as well. A very good all-rounder.

Most of the specs are great. I have a similar laptop and at this price point I really thought I was getting the same thing. I totally missed the fact that this laptop only had 1ghz processor speed, until my son told me that his computer kept freezing up during class. Home school is hard enough without having to explain to your teachers that you had to restart your pc a few times a day due to how slow it is and how often it freezes up. I've spent less on faster computers. I'm very disappointed with this laptop. Unless you're only using it for the absolute basics, like light streaming, checking emails or visiting basic websites, don't waste your time and money. If you need to use zoom, or google classroom, this is NOT the pc for you.

I absolutely love this computer. The touch screen is an awesome asset. I wasn't sure it would work for for me, however, don't think I will ever return to the normal screen. Best Buy's tech team was awesome in getting me set up. Very satisfied!!

Because I'm a writer, I am always on my computer. My old HP started a slow decline, so I purchased this one. I absolutely love it. It was easy to set up, and it's lightning fast. I wouldn't have any other brand than HP. Highly recommend.

I was very torn between this laptop and another brand that I have been loyal to for many years. I took a leap of faith based in part on the suggestion of the sales associate and also some other online reviews that I found and have been more than pleased with this laptop! It has so many good points that I will just touch on a few of them. 1. This laptop boots up and logs on in less than 10 seconds and is ready to get to work. 2. The battery has been surprising and lasts all day on a single charge, even with my power settings! 3. The processor is more than capable to handle even my most power intensive programs like Adobe Photoshop and not miss a beat. As I said, those are just a few but I know my wife is tired of hearing about me rave about how great this laptop is....so then I went and bought another one for her!

I love my new laptop. I love the color. The price was not bad. But the volume is low. I use it alot to go on zoom. When I have to do a report the typing is not noisy. The colors are bright. I would recommend it to someone. It's a good laptop for the price.

just what i wanted and a steal for the price. would recommend for anyone needing a laptop salesman explained everything so i could understand and was not in a hurry to leave for the next customer. i left feeling very comfortable with my purchase.

They ok it back and got a better laptop for gaming. Not a bad laptop at all but the screen is not too good. But it’s a touchscreen so it’s gonna be a bit worse than a gaming screen

I thought I would need all sort of attachments but the processor and Windows 10 are more than enough for a user that will using the laptop to watch VOD, The ease of use and light weight make it a joy to use and carry around the house!

A great PC for the price. I like the look and style and memory. Just purchased it about 1.5 months ago. So far, so good! I will be the only user and I don't do gaming . I just need it to check email, type documents and browse the internet.

Needed a new laptop for my son at college. This one has lived up to work great. Nice size screen, HDMI port for streaming to TV's that they do and has all the functions he needs for the way classes are taught now. Best deal for the price!

I really needed a new laptop. I had researched for a few months and finally decided on this HP. The price was right and it had everything I needed. I am retired so I don't use my laptop as much. I have enjoyed this laptop.

The touch screen features are a real bonus if you want a basic laptop, but are happy to pay more for a reliable one then this is the one for you. Don’t pay $200-$300 for a unreliable laptop that’s going to crash and have connectivity issues

I bought this HP laptop for work. It is much faster than my old laptop, & it does everything I need it to do. I had a few problems w/it the first wk I had it, but the geek squad was able to fix it pretty quickly & get me back on track.

So far this laptop is performing very well. I like it's features. It allowed me to add programs I had from my stand alone hard drive and from my subscriptions without problems. It seems to have plenty of space for everything I need to do.

It's my first bought laptop. I love it. I love the touchscreen. Makes for quick, easy access when I don't want to scroll around with the mouse. So far it's easy to navigate and it's working well for my dispatch job from home.
