My new laptop seems to be serving my needs well enough. One feature I did not realize would be a problem is that the silver finish does not provide enough contrast to the keyboard letters for challenged vision such as mine - next time will look for black with white characters. This is just my personal problem but one your sales folks might be aware of when helping senior customers. The first issue was getting connected to wifi. That took some repeat attempts getting tech help from Verizon, but in the end solved. Service from Best Buy is very good. Thanks for all your assistance and patience with a low tech senior customer.

I was looking for a laptop for some basic work with fast-paced lightweight click looking design and this was it I love HP will standby HP highly recommends this laptop if you’re looking for fast and quick and easy use of a laptop

I hated getting a new computer because of the dreaded set up. This time I got smart and had the computer set up including the information from my old computer by the Geek Squad.

I absolutely love this laptop for the money. It easily gets all my tasks done for the day and I've found I use touch screen quite a bit. It never skips a beat and all the hardware is very solid. I would definitely recommend this product.

We got this for my niece who just started college. It has been really great and we were mindful about getting her something that would be able to perform to the colleges expectations. Hopefully, it will last her all four years at least.

It's a good laptop, I saw a lot bad reviews and I wasn't sure to get it but overall is pretty good, I love the full keyboard, battery runs out fast but as long as is in save battery you'll be fine.

The device looks good. Performance wise quite responsive. The only improvement it could have is its position of the touchpad, which is slightly aligned to the left. But if someone is using a mouse, then it is not a problem operating it.

Absolutely love, the touchscreen display is very convenient and the laptop itself is very lightweight, very easy to carry around. As a student I use it every day and it works very fast with enough storage to save my assignments.

Easy installation and start up, from Microsoft, email and personal apps. Pleased with speed and response. Screen size and keyboard are a pleasant change from my older lap top. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I like the size, and esthetics of the laptop. Use of keyboard is good. I don't like the S mode, trying to download apps, like Zoom, which aren't a part of the S mode make obtaining them more challenging. I'm still learning how to use all features.

I bought this for my incoming 6th grader and it is so user friendly. The best part is that it’s a touch screen and he utilized that feature the most. I’m partial the HP as I’ve never had issues with them the past 20+ years. Always worth the money.

Loved it. Fast reliable and perfect for remote position I acquired. Perfect ram speed I don't need a 4 or 6 and 16 and above is too expensive for me right now. So this 12 ram does the trick for me using it just for work

It's easy to set up and use immediately. Works great and the touch screen is helpful to those accustomed to using their phone. Great for working at home and/or college student. A good but on sale and with rewards!

This laptop is a GREAT choice for new college students and your average user. GREAT value with plenty of memory. Nice Slim form factor with great-looking touch screen, SSD hard drive could be a little bigger but now a days you have FREE cloud storage to compensate. Would have been nice to have a backlit keyboard but I can see why its not included in order to keep cost down. Noise-level of laptop fan is very low almost at times unnoticeable, only revs ups when CPU has high-load and then throttles down fairly quickly under normal use. Highly recommend for college students to use for school-related work and even able stream movie services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) but would not probably encourage for high intense gaming use..which is OK because I purchased it for the primary purpose to used for student college work.

I was looking for a laptop that I could use for personal use. This one came in handy. I love the touchscreen and it is a nice size for me because I'm not always using it.

Purchased mainly to use for online college classes. Seems to work quickly, uploads my assignments well, was easy to set up. Turned off S mode to use apps outside of Microsoft. Only gave 4 stars because I have not had the device very long.

Easy set up and very pleased with speed. Screen picture quality is great. Use for work and photo editing. Overall very pleased with this computer. Last laptop computer also a HP and its still going after 7 years.

I love my new HP 15.6” touch-screen laptop. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The geek squad went over and above to explain and help me with any of my questions. Great experience and good product.

Good sze, value and performance. The silver keys with black print is difficult to read. Had to place a lamp just at top of screen and adjust for just enough light to see read keys and still not glare. But performance is good.
