Very happy with the purchase. My first touch screen computer and I enjoy this feature as well as using the mouse or touch pad. Confident with the quality of HP computers which was one of the reasons in this purchase.

Great laptop for school and work. My kids love the touch screen feature for their school work and gaming. It work well for our zoom meeting. Love the sleek thin design as well. I would recommend this to a friend..

We bought this laptop for our daughter's Freshman year of college. We are excited to say that it works swimmingly. She is happy with how fast it runs and moves from transitions from assignment to assignment. We love HP!

This laptop was recommended by your Sales Associate and my husband and I cannot be more pleased. We're not techies - both of us being over 70 years of age...but this laptop talked us through everything. Setup was very easy.

the hp laptop is light weight, priced was great, quality is excellent, bright hd picture, nice touch screen, and enough speed to play video games or stream movies.

No complaints. It was easy to set up. There was not a bunch of utilities being shoved on me to download and “free” trial. It does seem very sensitive to touch and still trying to get a feel for the touch screen.

This laptop is perfect in size. I like the touch screen which makes it easier for my husband to use. The screen is a great size as well. I love having the keypad on the right hand side. All around great model.

The only thing I did not like was that there was an S mode on it..It would not let me download anything unless it was from the Microsoft store! It was free to delete this, but why would it have cost to delete it?

These computers are working wonderfully! They have great processing power/speed, and the touch screen capability is so clutch -- which are perfect for my kids' remote learning. I'd definitely purchase again.

I love the light weight and how it looks. I have only used it indoors, so far the quality of the screen is great. Keyboard is really comfortable. I'm having some hard time with connectivity, I haven't figured out why.

Another HP product that just blows it out of the water for me. Laptops are just getting lighter and thiner, this is a prime example. Also a great laptop for photo editing and has plenty of memory

I'm not very good at names, but the gentleman who assisted me in purchasing a laptop was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, went above and beyond, all around an awesome employee. I went in with a budget and not really any knowledge of what I was doing but at least knowing some of what I wanted in a laptop. He was honest and forthcoming about everything, and took the time to explain all the details. I'm a naturally anxious and socially nervous person, but I felt pretty at ease with him helping me. And even with his mask on I could tell he had a smile on his face, and was all around friendly. 10/10 would shop with him again. Would have left a review sooner, but I couldn't find it in my email.

Lightweight and durable! Has all the features needed to perform multiple tasks work related and and student projects. My older laptop was slow and poor functionality. Glad I purchased this. No regrets

Nice PC but a bit pricey! I do love the touch screen. I haven't used it much to give a lot of review but it should be just like my older one so as long as it doesn't fall off my couch, it should be good.

Not bad. Laptop gets the job done and is fast. My only issue is once in a blue moon, it’ll black out for 0.5 seconds and fix itself. But that’s probably because I got open box. Other than that, it’s great.

This was a gift for my grandson to use at college. He loves it. Particularly happy with the touch screen as he says it is the first one he has had access to that actually works as advertised. Very happy.

Purchased this Laptop at the end of April. At that time it was on sale for $499 from the current $619.99 price. That was the first thing to get my attention.

Like many people today we needed a computer that could meet the need to participate in ZOOM meetings five or six times each week. We also stream several hours each day. And it does that very well also. Not like several reviews it never exhibited a noise or heat problem. Good buy.

A powerful computer to get one through the entire high school. It has enough speed and hard drive space, all the cool functionalities, and a great look. It is also relatively light weight.

I love my new computer! I’m not really tech savvy, so some of the features are over my head, but it’s very nice! I like the touchscreen and how smooth the display moves. I love it!
