This HP laptop is a bargain. I recently purchased for a family members first year of college, and he likes it. It's fast, efficient and clear. He does many things on it and the graphic are great. I would recommend.

I purchased this as a backup for work. Compared to my current laptop this is light. Great features except for the backlight so I have not been able to use this in the dark. Otherwise this laptop serves the purpose.

We've actually bought TWO very similar laptops from Best Buy within the last year and this silver one is the second. Both of our previous laptops were 6 or 7 years old these new ones were a big upgrade in RAM and storage memory. Both came loaded with Windows 10 The major change for us is to an SSD storage from a hard drive. The new laptops are probably a pound lighter and run a whole lot faster and cooler. No more "laptop legs" from the heat! Boot-ups and shut-downs happen in a few seconds instead of close to a minute. You'll love 'em!

Excellent laptop! The touchscreen simplifies a lot of things the mouse would otherwise have to do. It's is light weighted and easy to move around.

The laptop was worth its price. It was bought for a relative of mine who needed who needed a laptop of virtual learning. The device had enough memory and fast enough for the desired online classes.

So far the machine has run well. Had some trouble with the security software as it is Microsoft and did not play well with other security software. We have been using it since Christmas and had no issues.

Everything I wanted in a computer. Lots of memory and storage. Touch screen is very convenient. Touch pad works well. Keyboard is solid. No problems...

I love my new and first lap top purchased at Best Buy. The decision was easy to make. The Geek Squad set everything up for me which made it easy for me to get started as soon as i got home. Thank you

Works for all I need to do at a good price. However sales push to add additional software is confusing. Trend Micro anti virus VPN cannot be loaded without turning off S mode. Wasted $40 ?????

I bought this to use while working remote at home, it was exactly what I needed. It was easy to set up, and has been easy to use. Nice & lightweight so I can easily carry from room to room.

I have only just begun using this computer, but I love it so far! The keyboard lights up and the touch screen is great. Love the fingerprint login! Can’t wait to see everything else it does.

Love my new laptop. I had an HP and replace it with an Acer, but couldn't help going back to HP. This particular model has everything you would need and a nice amount of memory.

Very good all purpose computer. We bought 2 of these for our church and we really like them. Great for general office use, fast with plenty of storage. Fun to work with the touch screen.

This laptop is perfect for the needs of our family. Fast start up, easy to use, and has great screen and sound quality. We've had a great overall experience. We really appreciate the extended battery life.

Love that it's touchscreen. It works well. Quickly access programs. Good overall quality laptop, volume, camera, display all work well. Good for Freshman in virtual college and to pay Fortnight.

I am not a computer person. In fact i despise computers. unfortunately they are a necessary evil. this one is what i need at a fair price.

I will be using this for home and my kids schooling. Setup was easy, downloading the apps kids will need easy and installing my security was easy I have always enjoyed working with HP products.

Love this laptop. It is just what I needed to work on when I am away from home. The size is just right for me. It is fast and and so far works great. I would recommend this for anyone.

So far so good for what we need to do which is basically just using the internet. I just think is was a little bit pricey. I like the fact that the keyboard has the numbers in the right and is a touch screen.
