Can only go by what my kid tells me but he said it’s an excellent college lap top. Great wifi connection and touch screen comes in handy. Battery length has not been an issue either.

The creators of this computer should have made the battery life longer: it has to be plugged in daily. It should have a back-light in all computers; as we have the choice to turn it off ...what a cheap move.

Speed and quality are both good. The touch pad is the only thing that’s irritating and it’s because it’s so large. When trying to left click, many times you end up right clicking because the pad is so big.

Great product and value! Love this laptop....lightweight, quick, and decent battery time. The keyboard feels a little tin-like at first but likely keeps it light. Love the number keypad!

I purchase my HP computer as a upgrade and need for my home and I've been very happy with it. This product has a lot of nice features and I brought it for a very good price.

Been a well working lightweight laptop. Good for browsing, email and working on documents. By no means a powerhouse but it gets the job done.

I purchased this laptop for my 14 years old granddaughter for school and she loves it. She can bring up more then one screen and using the touchscreen make things go faster.

so I bought an HP desktop which I love, so I thought this laptop would be just as great, sadly is does not come close. I bought for school and i only use for school so it is perfect, but the keys tend to not work sometimes. I was never bothered by the sound of the fan neither until... if you use the laptop to long the fan does get louder and it creates a whistle sound that is annoying and it makes you think your laptop will break. It is a fast laptop though so it is not all bad. i also like that the laptop is not super thin it is also not bulky either.

Does what I need it to do for my home business for the price. Didn't have trouble adapting to this new computer. Has more software installed than my other one. Seems to work great so far.

I like everything about this computer except there is an issue with the audio drivers that causes crackles and pops in the sound. It should be an easy fix to update the drivers but it has not been. I even exchanged the first laptop I bought with the exact same model and it has the exact same issues. I shouldn’t have to to send it to HP for repair. There are several people I have found online with the same issue. Please fix this issue because this laptop is otherwise a good computer. Would not recommend this computer until HP fixes the audio driver issue.

Primary use is for school and Zoom calls. Great performance even while multitasking. Would have loved to see a 500GB drive for storage, but overall, very happy with purchase.

It is a very nice budget laptop which has 12GB RAM with i5 processor. The software comes pre loaded with Windows and touchscreeen features and area a great help for working remotely in pandemic times

Great performance. Just ok for my projects The keys are noiseless and keyboard has lights such that you can work in pitch darkness effortlessly. Storage n speed are also good.

Really love this laptop. Battery life has been really good for us, the picture is good and the computer itself is very light a portable. Huge improvement over our last touchscreen.

Good purchase for what I need. I am having to adjust from a desktop, I had to buy a mouse to help. Nice size screen, ample hard drive storage & fast enough response. Overall happy with quality.

This laptop has been the best i've ever had. I dont claim to be a computer guru and am definitely not employed by "geek squad" but its been perfect for work and school.
