Great touchscreen laptop with everything that the Granddaughters’ need to be able to communicate, research, produce, store, & learn. They both enjoy them for assignments & streaming.

Excellent computer. I'm glad I made the investment to buy a new laptop rather than a used one. I love the touch screen and the features that I didn't have on my previous laptop.

Bought laptop for my son (his first). This is his opinion: Easy setup and great laptop. I only wish it had a dvd/ cd ROM Player. But overall I would recommend this product. By the way, I got it on sale.

There wasn’t a large supply of laptops when we went in and of the ones that were available most were out of my price range. This was the only one that appealed to me and was affordable.

This 15.6" HP Touch-Screen laptop is powerful and reliable. It has a fast i5 processor with 12GB of Ram. I didn't need a large hard drive so this is a good deal for the price.

This has been a great overall mid range computer for our kids for school. It is fast and we have had no issues with it. I would recommend a bluetooth mouse instead of the touch pad.

This is the first laptop that I truly like. It is fast and the touch screen allows you to access and work without the mouse pad. I like the slim design and the satin silver color.

After purchasing my new laptop, I came home and the set up was very easy. I love this laptop. I find the larger letters on the keyboard very helpful. I will recommend this particular laptop model to my friends (3) who are ready to become a part of the tech age! I travel a lot and it requires that I take my laptop with me. This one is a couple of inches shorter than my previous laptop and it fits neatly in my briefcase. OI love it.

I like this laptop because it has a touch screen and is very easy to use. Has lots of storage . The only complaint is it does not have a cd. /dvd player . Had to buy a external one

Box didn’t mention it was running Windows 10S, but it was super simple to opt-out. Good device with a clean finish. Screen size was for as it was a gift for my cousin for her distance learning

Outstanding computer for the price it was the only one left and I had to purchase for my child that is dong work from home and needed a reliable computer to work on . Great buy

Hardware is great! Setup process with software was simpler, but it was confusing when I'd select to opt out of "recommended" choices that seem to be pulling too much private information from my laptop activities. The explanations seem to assume I understood all the behind the scenes of what my laptop pieces of software were doing, collecting and interacting with other required/not required apps/software. Yes, I had the option of changing my selections at a later date, but good luck with finding where to make those changes. Frustrating.

This computer is fast; good sound and camera quality;quick start; very useful to me for online meetings. I am happy with the product. There is only one issue and that is with two USB ports. Ports are working but the placement of ports are very inconvenient. It will be a little hard to plug-in two USB devices simultaneously. I am wondering how come the designer of this computer did not think about it. Rest of the design is very good.

Great laptop, very fast Speed and quite simple to use, it was bought for my mom who really only uses it for basic needs, so this should be a great long term laptop for her .

I got this for a client and she ended up loving it way more than she should. Its light weight, slim, powerful. its perfect for students that's for sure. yes on the buying.
