I've owned HP for years now and this is only my second laptop. I love the durability, price, presentation and etc. I don't think I'll ever switch to another brand.

I love this computer it's fast efficient the graphics are great and it can deal with me having tons and tons of tabs open

This is a great laptop at a very affordable price. It’s very fast at booting up and everything runs smoothly. Nice sleek design and love that it is also a touch screen.

Laptop is lightway, easy to use and the screen is bright and easy for these old eyes to read. Touchscreen is an added benefit for signing online documents.

When you have an old laptop, just about anything is better - but I still did a lot of research on a fast processor and proper storage and this one checked the boxes and does not disappoint. Not using it for anything serious (gaming or programming) so for basic use, this is a great deal and I'm very satisfied.

Bought this got my wife’s birthday. She loves it! Easy set up, high quality, and very user friendly. All the feel good items. I was just happy with the price.

This is a top flight value priced HP entry. Clearly not a gaming rig (though you can certainly get by on that count) . But for the price you won't find much better

My other laptop had gotten old, but it still worked well, so it took me a while to consider replacing it. Since I got this one though, I wonder what took me so long!

This is a great laptop for your basic email and internet needs. It’s fast, the screen is excellent, the setup was a breeze. Perfect for students and everyday usage.

Great computer for the money. Son uses it for school since everything has moved to online, we needed to upgrade.

Disappointed hugely with the quality of the images/photos - nothing like the Dell I had before. Keyboard is much larger with the number pad on the side and having problems adjusting my keystrokes with that, but will eventually come around I'm sure. don't care at all for the mouse pad you have to use for the right and left clicks - doesn't seem to respond as well as when you have the separate right/left click buttons. Sometimes takes multiple attempts to make if happen. Honestly, had the store had one of these in stock that I could look at and try, I probably wouldn't have purchased it. Or I KNOW I wouldn't have purchased it. But I needed one in a hurry and 'settled'. Loved my Dell, should have gone back to that but read horror stories about the newer Dell's - software issues ( NOT covered under their warranty!) and actual breakage of the case, screen breaking apart from body. So I looked into the HP.

Very happy with the product. Bought it for schoolwork, is extremely fast, very lightweight and easy to take with you. Would recommend it to anyone.

Finally had to upgrade my laptop after 15 years. I love HP brands. Very quick an easy to use. This laptop is amazing, also love the fact that it is a touch screen

Love my laptop! Easy to use Fast The fan can be loud only when working several programs but needed for a strong processor. The sound is great and the camera.

Great replacement for portal access laptop. Affordably priced. Looks good. 10 keypad is important to me. Was quickly available to be directly shipped to me.

Purchased as a gift. Good computer, functionality and size is appropriate. Only issue is that the GeekSquad did not load the Microsoft 365 license that I purchased after I requested them to load and set up the entire device. They only loaded the 10 day trial package so when I shipped the computer to my sister access to the Microsoft tools stopped working after a couple of days. She now has to load the package herself which is a task for someone that’s not computer savvy. This could have all been avoided if the GeekSquad had loaded the licensed package that I purchased. They had the product key and everything needed.

Great computer for a good price. Didn’t have 100% of everything I was looking for. But for the price it’s got me 99% there and I’m 100% happy with my purchase

Needed a new laptop and this one is great! Super fast start up. Love that it is is touchscreen. The screen is big which I enjoy especially if I'm playing games.

Super lightweight easy for me to adjust Or carry with me while moving Around the house. Great to have for my job and family. We’re loving it. Set up was easy.
