I purchased this laptop for my teen for school purposes. It preforms well enough but I honestly expected more for the price point. I choose to shop with a higher budget this time. We found that as far as features and performance go, the cheaper laptops would have been a better option as this laptop doesn’t exceed expectations. I purchased 5 different laptops due to Covid virtual learning and the cheaper ones seem to perform just as well as this one. However, I will say the the more expensive one I bought is far better. I guess you need to spend $800+ to get quality but everything $100-$700 is roughly that same quality.

This laptop is a good value for the cost. It also has a touch screen and is very flexible. This is the second HP computer I have owned. Good value and good performance.

Great laptop. My kid uses it for school. Great for Zoom classes and very fast when using Microsoft Office products. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I have always been a HP person. i am learning new things on my Touch Screen Lap Top that has Windows 10 loaded properly and so far I am very happy with it.

Excellent basic laptop. Easy to set up. Quick startup. Good graphics. Lightweight. I just wish it had a backlit keyboard. But overall a great system at a good price.

This is a very fast, light-weight laptop that has more features than I could ever use. Though it's smaller than my old one, it seems mightier!

I am very satisfied with the performance of this laptop. It is very light and easy to navigate. The bigger keys result in less errors when typing.

Its a really good and fast computer, but it made a weird noise that bothered me enough to have to return it !
