I bought this to replace a larger laptop with more tech than I needed. I actually like the smaller size. It does everything I need it to do, and with ease. It powers up quickly, the camera is clear and it has plenty of memory. I'm not a gamer, so I don't need all the fancy extras. This has just what I need for a home computer.

i love this computer it is fast and has a great picture quality, could use more memory but u can always use external memory.

Excellent product. My old laptop crashed and I am in school. This computer was easy to setup and within a few hours I was up and back in class.

Good value, good price but the keyboard feels cheap. Cheap to the point that I'm worried about the longevity. Certainly fast enough for anything I'm doing.

Overall it works really well; it boots up, restarts, operates, and shuts down quickly. But it has the worst touchpad I've ever used! It's closer to the left than the right, so as a right-handed person, it's constantly doing things I don't want it to be doing, like randomly minimizing or trying to switch windows. I have to rely entirely on the touchscreen and a wireless mouse. That isn't a dealbreaker, but it is a consistent frustration as I try to do homework.

So far this has been a great product. And the touch screen makes things even easier to do. But if you want the Microsoft 365, well then there is an extra cost!

This laptop is the perfect size! The look is awesome works great the touch screen feature is a plus! Definitely would recommend this laptop to anyone!

would reccomend this product to anyone, easy to set up basically plug and play we've had great luck with hp's

I bought this computer for my graduate studies and to attend virtual meetings via Zoom, etc. This has been a good computer for my use case which consists mostly of word processing, online research, video conferencing, reading, and streaming videos. I was initially concerned the 12GB would not be enough for me, though it hasn’t been much of a concern at all. The display is okay (not great) but fine for ordinary usage. My HDMI port connector has been a little bit flaky recently and I will be contacting customer service to ask about repair options.

It's Light. Easy on the eyes. Don't need my readers. LOL Great for my creative and major projects needs.. I rather use laptop than cell for internet.

I love this computer. Recently started school and it is perfect! This is my first touch screen computer and i will NEVER go back. Very convenient.

It's a good computer. It's fast and has a lot of space. Expected a better battery life, and I guess a different keyboard, but the keyboard is on me.

My son needed a new laptop for College. We are very happy with this laptop it has everything that he needed and the price was not bad!!

The laptop is light weight!!! that was really important. and speedy...I will use it more when the seasons for tennis matches and school work starts!

Love the silver color. Easy to use and a great laptop for someone who is starting. Only I don't like is screen is small, but I love the touch screen feature.

I bought this laptop for my daughter, she needs it n school. It's fast, working without any problem. Touch screen is a big plus.
