I love going to this store & they sell quality items. Ppl friendly but i. When you’re looking for a sales person, they either tell you to go to that Dept & I’ll meet you, they, (not all, run away or look like they are doing something important & say, (not all) oh I’ll get someone to help. Maybe they are looking for more help. I still go to the store but no with having done More research answer & questions. I’ll have to make sure during the holidays that there are enough help staff to be able to show & tell where items are.

I bought this to use while working remotely and it is great the numeric keypad makes work a lot faster and the touch screen is a bonus.

I really like the design and the fact that is a very light weight, can be carried easily and is not bulky. I also like the touch screen easy to use.

Good size and very good clarity and resolution. Easy to use and light to carry around from place to place. Has adequate memory and storage for my use.

My new HP laptop is remarkable..... I brought this computer for Christmas and I really got my money's worth! It is lightning fast and beautiful to look at! I have no problems getting my work done and doing some heavy gaming with it! The screen size is perfect and bright....Using the keyboard is smooth and the number pad makes it really convenient with calculating my bills! I am looking forward to using this HP laptop when school begins in February! Thank you Best Buy and HP for such a wonderful machine!

Overall great laptop and haven't even begun to go through all the bell n whistle's. But as of right now it was worth the purchase price

Very fast she good price. The screen resolution is very good. I use it for emails web browsing. Perfect for remote learning.

So easy setting up. I had been putting off getting a new one because I dreaded setting up another one. I wish I hadn't waited so long!

It's an ok laptop. The price was palatable for an emergency purchase when choices are limited. Keyboard looks and feels very cheap, so does the entire chassis and body. Bought it for wife's work from home as her current laptop crashed. Could have gone with something else, but like I said, options with respect to shipping time and qualitybwith economical price were very limited. If a friend asks, I would not recommend considering circumstances.

I love my new computer. It is fast and such an upgrade from my 5 year old Acer. My salesperson was extremely helpful in my options.

This computer is so much lighter than my previous one. It is easy to carry around between rooms. Much faster than my previous laptop.
