When I first signed on, it appeared to be an open box computer repackaged. Then there two issues: 1. When the computer went in sleep mode, it disconnect from wifi and would not reconnect usless it was rebooted. 2. There is an issue with the mouse pad with right clicking. Unless you hit a specific spot, it does not respond. So I returned it. Although it is lightning quick. I really wanted to keep it.

The computer performs spectacularly for my purposes, including some Adobe products, such as Photoshop and Lightroom.

The speed compared to my old tower is amazing. The speakers sound much better. Keyboard is nice and big for my big hands.

I like this computer very much. Easy for me to use. Sam Kastner came to my house and set up my printer (which I bought at Best Buy) and email, etc. he did a great job, very helpful and I would recommend him to my family and friends if they were to buy a computer from Best Buy and needed someone to come to there home to set it up. The workers at Best Buy all were very helpful in all aspects of getting my computer ready for me. I'm very great full for all the help I have received.

Very fast. Only down side Linux can't find wireless drivers. For a dual boot. Other than this I like it alot.

I picked this machine up on an open box deal because I wanted a little more laptop than my budget so I figured the open box items are worth the gamble. Wow. This is by far the best laptop I have ever had. It is lightning fast for startup, I can run 2 powerful music software programs at the same time without slowing down or glitching and it fits everything that I will need to do with it. Great deal on a great laptop. The 12GB of RAM and SSD really make this a worthwhile machine!
