Had a Verizon router problem connecting at home to internet. Took computer back. Person did something but was told to go home and fix my own problem with microsoft. Paid for office 360. Not able to install. McAfee keeps sending messages to renew. Word is miserable -not sure what it is connected too. Feel as if ive wasted a lot of money.

Great SSD laptop for home use!

It's my first solid state drive and I love how fast it starts. I use it for basic stuff (school, emails, internet), and for that purpose it is a great laptop. You can have several tabs open at once and it doesn't seem to slow down at all. I wasn't really looking for a touch-screen laptop and don't really use the touch-screen, but everything else about it is great. So far I have no regrets purchasing it!
