Bought this to teach online and replace my older computer. Great product and fast.

The laptop computer is a replacement for our desktop that died. We purchased the Geek Squad service and they set up our new computer and transferred much of the data from our old desktop. The picture quality on the monitor is crystal clear; we purchased a wireless mouse which makes browsing easy. I never had much luck with the control pad. All in all we are thrilled with our purchase.

I purchased this laptop for my son, who recently graduated HS. He is using it for schoolwork, which is all remote or online. It's his first computer, and so far it has been easy for him to use. My wife wants her own laptop, since she is teaching remotely this grading period. I will probably purchase an identical machine for her.

Great all around laptop, even good for light gaming like Minecraft. Great for multitasking, and the touchscreen is awesome. Keyboard and case seem like they will last as well, and it's really thin. My only issue with it is the screen could be better. Hard to have two people look at as the color sort of washes out for someone looking at it at a different angle than you, but for the price it's fine. Happy customer.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. Out of the box the set up is very quick. It walks you through everything step by step. II use it daily. It starts up quickly and has good picture and sound quality. I often have four or more tabs open or several programs running at the same time. This laptop has been able to handle everything without any issues. The only negative i have noticed is the fan is quite loud.
