It was becoming hot after little use, and I went to Best Buy store to return it. One of handsome salesmen suggested me to do all the updates and see how it works. I did that and it was working fine. Then i had some issues with the webcam, and ultimately had to return it.

User Friendly, Fast Processing HP Laptop

She teaches English Comprehension and Reading in Junior High. This computer has a fast processor and is able to pull in any WiFi signal for quick online access. It has been great for setting up her lesson plans and distributing classroom documents on google. If necessary, she can complete her work from home.

This laptop meets my needs

This laptop was easy to setup, surprising for me because I am a tech novice. The large viewing screen makes it easier to use and has plenty of memory to meet my needs. The only negative about this laptop is that the keyboard cursor skips when I am typing and I am constantly having to correct words and sentences when I type.
