Great laptop for my classes has plenty of storage and lightweight.

The computer got a virus before my AVG could be installed. Literally as soon as it was configured with a brand new router and before AVG was installed. Windows protection that comes with computer should have stopped it! Geek squad looked at it and found nothing. I have to say, there is definitely something wrong with this computer and am afraid to use it. Would like a new one.

For the price I got this not bad just wish it was easier to use.

I purchased this computer for myself in May and loved it. My daughter started using it also and loved it! Because we knew that virtual learning was an option, we purchased another one just for her. It's easy to use and our favorite aspect of it is the touch-screen. I would recommend it.

I bought an open box version The laptop didn't take time on reboot, and responded well while working with multiple tabs open on chrome, with various heavy software working in parallel. I am returning the product, as I need a bit bigger screen and higher SSD size. And the touch is okay not that good

Solid specs for the price. However, it has some issues. The keyboard feel cheap. Because it's large, 15" form factor, they include a full numeric keypad which is nice. However, the touch pad is not in the right spot and I have to angle the laptop so the right side is farther from me in order to put my hands in the correct spots for typing. The worst issue we've had, and I now see it in one or two other reviews, is the wifi is flaky. I have three kids and two adults using the internet for school and work from home. All the other machines and devices in the house work fine, but this one will drop internet. Even a reboot won't fix it. Sometimes running the windows "trouble shooter" fixes it, other times, you have to turn it off for an extended period of time. It's not easy to reproduce the problem though, so I'm not optimistic about sending it in for warranty service. I had issues with an HP years ago and swore them off. Gave it another try due to the good specs and price, but I've now learned my lesson for good!
