Well suited to my needs

The screen is smaller than my previous laptop but this has not caused any issues for me which was one of my concerns when replacing my old laptop. I also appreciate the sound and visual quality improvements as compared to my previous laptop.

Literally as soon as it was configured with a brand new router and before AVG was installed. Windows protection that comes with computer should have stopped it! Geek squad looked at it and found nothing. I have to say, there is definitely something wrong with this computer and am afraid to use it. Would like a new one.

Excellent laptop!

My daughter started using it also and loved it! Because we knew that virtual learning was an option, we purchased another one just for her. It's easy to use and our favorite aspect of it is the touch-screen. I would recommend it.

I am returning the product, as I need a bit bigger screen and higher SSD size. And the touch is okay not that good
