When I returned home I took my laptop to local Best Buy to transfer data from old laptop to new laptop. The store did not communicate to me when transfer was completed. I had an opportunity to deal with a wonderful store associate: her name I believe is Nicole.

Awesome for the price

I havent had it over heat or the whole computer crash, so its doing well, except there was an issue with the fan making a weird noise, but that was specific to my unit.

Learning its advantages

Geeks were helpful. The on/off button could be larger. Could have more HSB ports. Bought for larger screen even if it did come with a bit more weight. The silver keys can be hard to read in lower light, but learning to adapt.

Great entry or mid level laptop

It's quick and responsive, boots up quickly, excellent display and not too heavy for travel. I haven't tried battery life on it yet. The only thing I would say is lacking is the sound could be better and not so tinny and also a backlit keyboard would be nice. Overall happy with the purchase.

Everything that I used on that one is on here, so very easy to use. It is a little smaller, but the screen seems the same size. Love the keyboard color better because the white letters on my old one were fading, and beginning to be hard to find. Thank God I mostly know the keyboard by memory.
