It was purchased for my parents, who wanted a larger screen and something that was easy to use. All electronics are difficult for them, but they have been able to use this and are happy with it. My son and I both have an HP computer so this was a no brainer when my parents wanted me to find them a computer.

A nice little WFH workhorse

Good amount of memory, nice fast hard drive - all housed within a sleek silver shell! Does everything we need - would have been better with a slightly boosted graphics card (limited resolution options), but not the end of the world! All in all, we are very happy with this purchase!

Great Laptop for Work

It runs various software and programs very fast. I did notice that at the beginning, the laptop fan was obnoxiously loud and would run for a long time even though the laptop was not hot. I found that updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) solved this issue for me. Great laptop for the price.

I'm still getting used to it as I'm typically a MAC user and therefore it's taking a little bit of extra effort, but so far I'm happy with the selection. My 'Ease of use' rating of 4 is strictly because I need to adjust from the MAC to the PC.
