I'm using Zoom a lot for meetings and it had made the experience so good. Also, I've taken virtual tours with Zoom and I'm so glad I have the laptop because it makes it easy for me, my mom and sister to watch the tour. The colors on the tour are so vivid.

I needed a laptop that was user friendly. After a month of research, I found this HP laptop, and hit almost all my basic necessities. I went into best-buy to see the laptop in person, and I was sold. I’ve owned it for a little over a month now & I’m still in love with it.

One thing just looking at it was the lettering and numbers and symbols on the keyboard are hard to see. Why on earth would anyone think this was a good idea. Overall the rest of laptop looked sturdy.

Bought brand new and had an issue with it in the first 2 months. Total tech took care of it though and now the computer is my favorite EVER! Touch screen is awesome

My wife is the main user of this laptop and uses it in our Home Theater. Lot easier for her to check emails and buying stuff online then going in to the home office and using her desktop computer.

Am I glad I did! I use this to cut, create youtube content via Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier and it handles both with ease. Adding a bit of external Memory made thisbthe perfect laptop for my needs.
