Works good! Haven’t had it, but a couple of weeks.

This laptop is a great buy I love it and it is fast

We purchased this for our grandson who will be entering college in the fall. It was everything he wanted and more! My wife has used HP computers at her office in past years and she knows HP is a reliable and easy to use computer. Besides, they stand behind their products if a problem were to occur.

I like this laptop. Nice for the price for what I needed.

I bought this for school as the chromebooks we have in school have smaller screens and smaller processers capability. BB staff was very helpful in helping me to choose which laptop would fit my needs and am very happy with its performance. Zoom meetings are seemless and it has all the features that I need.

Works fine. Disappointed with keyboard letters. Difficult to read if lighting is not quite right. Would prefer a keyboard that is visible from all angles. Overall the device is lovely to look at, but not user friendly to "Hunt and peck" users like myself. other than keyboard issues, the unit performs very well.

This HP laptop is great! It's fast, not too large and not too small. Very good quality. The only problem I had was with the keyboard. I couldn't see the numbers or letters very well because of the color. I solved that by purchasing a keyboard that has black keys and white numbers and letters.

I wouldn't have bought it except Best Buy said the parts were no longer able to get for my 5 year computer. Now get this my sister found the part and fixed it for 25.00 dollars. They just wanted me to buy a new one. Several hundred dollars more. People may want to look else where when getting something fixed or buy from this.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a change to use this computer as I brought it back for a different one but from what I seen is a very good computer lost of storage it just wasn’t my fit I’m very particular about my keyboards and this just wasn’t it for me but over all this is a very good computer.

We picked this up as a family member returned to work at home during the pandemic. This was the perfect computer for what we needed. Needed it for simple functions such as MS Office Suite, internet, and Zoom. Plenty of power to handle the basics for sure. HP is very reliable brand. We love it.

The laptop offered the speed and memory needed, however, it did not have the location for a ethernet cord to be attached so I had to exchange for another laptop which was just $10 more. Now, that one which offered pretty much the same was able to work for me.

It serves its purpose. Only thing I don’t like is not having the option to keep both internet security options. If you want to use a service like webroot you have to opt out of S mode. If you opt out of S mode you lose features and can nit switch back.

Good price for the quality of the laptop. Easy to use

Great Performance, but no keyboard light available

I really like this computer. The only downside is the grey keyboard. It's hard to see what's written on the keys in dim light. I use it every day. Works great with zoom and other web camera products. Good for online games. It gets warm faster on the cushions. Much better on the wooden plank or desk.

Works as a laptop and is good for the cost, but it is half or less the cost of the highest of the genre. I find the keyboard difficult to use. I am not a typist so I have to read each key before hitting it; there is no contrast between the legend on the key and the rest of the key. That makes me dissatisfied with this.
